I am rejecting this response because:At this point he might not have been intentially trying to scam us, but what we are going through with him is/has been unreasonable A family can not be expected to go this long with out a working washer and dryer after they have already paid for one We have purchased a different set and are happy with them an do not need a set from this gentleman and just want to go on with our family We are working with the bank to resolve this issue and get our money We want nothing more to do with this company and certainly will not refer him to anyone we know He did not contact us about verify a different set, but at the point that he would have had another set he knew we already purchased a new set We are done with him and just want our money

Yes products were delivered and yes there was itemOf clothing left in dryer A service tech was there and it was basically free to them to repair or replace anything at no charge while he was there The charge was about $and tech called me and said all is fine except for paddle
inside dryerWe were going to bring different dryer in next weeksI had no other business there the next weeks so I called tech and said go and replace paddle on the dryer I will pay for everything The bill was about $ and it was paid immediately I purposely sent text to customer to see if things were ok MY RESPONSE WAS THINK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE AND ALL IS FINE THIS WAS ABOUT TO MOS AGO Yesterday she calls me and asks me to repair something again being way past warranty I give her phone # for tech and tried being as nice as possible My last conversation with them was again all is fine thank you very much If things were in such bad shape why did not they have tech look at it when he was there the last time Something happens now and I'm a sg if the appliance would not have broken down I would have been a great guy This should be a slam dunk call I always rake care my accounts even if it means I loose money which I did in this situationI will not respond anymore to this cause nothing more to say

Repair man was there on. April 4 th to repair it got a bill and paid it . I knew dryer needed a paddle on it but planned on bringing her another one .  Being we were not in area next few weeks I had repair man go there and fix it for about  $200 .  I have talked to office of where tech works and when he left on March 6 th all was fine or he never would have left home.   I made a courteous call a few days after the tech left and my answer was ALL IS FINE THANK YOU FOR GOOD SERVICE.  I cannot make it simpler than that and will get a text or letter to validate that statement.   It's common sense that if repair man is in house and something is not right it's going to be brought up and talked about 100 percent of time .  If there was something that they repaired that they did not fix properly it's your responsibility to contact tech that was there thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
The entire dryer was full of a families clothes showing that an inspection was not done on dryer. It was supposed to be a matching set and is not. My husband dealt with the tech, but I gave a list of issues including the washer shakes the whole house and is very loud, the fabric softener container does not open and the dryer heating element does not turn off unless dryer is turned to off setting (causing a risk of house fire). you said you would replace them and send us the matching set we were supposed to get. you did not. all is not fine because they are not fixed. the repair man took weeks and the problem is not solved. and you were not nice or polite on phone, you actually hung up on me. I called you after the tech came to say that the washer shakes the house and you would do nothing. Very poor customer service and appliances. His response is not the truth. Can he show the inspection report for the washer, dryer and fridge? I can try to track down photos of washer and dryer we were promised

help I have already notified them that they had a date to have a complete matching set to be inspected by local appliance store and the reason I suggested that to prove that I was not trying to deliberately give them faulty products yes I have had situations like this before and have satisfied the customer unless customer has given up on me I intentions were to make it right with them I'm very sorry thank you

They will be taken care of by.monday I will let them exchange as contract says and they can check the performance of the machines at my house or the appliance dealer the contract does not state a warranty but I feel led to still take care them to the best of my ability thank you

He was sent several pictures of fridge before arrival.Nothing was hidden inside or out were not perfect but if we missed something I would apologize & clean when in area. If things were that bad why would wife say very nice...

thank you plus sign statement of approval. My License plate was not on the front or back of vehicle plus we maybe should have gone thru car wash before arrived is there a possibility he has no ground to stand on. So I'm being attacked for just buying a van license plates on the way but I have sticker in window plus registered with DMV.
It proves not much ground to stand on when attacking license plates.
Sounds like a communication problem with husband and wife.
I will not respond anymore to this except thank you nice day.

on 09/28/15 I had talked to Quality Assurance International looking for fridge that was in good condition well he said he got one and he sent picture and I seen it on two picture outside and inside it looked good we made the transaction on phone as they were drelvired the fridge then he called me and said the fridge was laying down in a minnie van and I said you cant lay the fridge down and he said it will be ok so I was not here nor was my wife her mom was here and they droped it off and collected the money I got back and checked out the fridge and I was not plesed with the fridge so I called him back to find out why this was not cleaned out there was mold growing and it was nasty how could someone sell something like that to honest person and I do have twin girls and that would have made them sick as well as other family member I would like to get at least half of the money I felt that I was robbed and ripped off
