I am rejecting this response because: The entire dryer was full of a families clothes showing that an inspection was not done on dryerIt was supposed to be a matching set and is notMy husband dealt with the tech, but I gave a list of issues including the washer shakes the whole house and is very loud, the fabric softener container does not open and the dryer heating element does not turn off unless dryer is turned to off setting (causing a risk of house fire)you said you would replace them and send us the matching set we were supposed to getyou did notall is not fine because they are not fixedthe repair man took weeks and the problem is not solvedand you were not nice or polite on phone, you actually hung up on meI called you after the tech came to say that the washer shakes the house and you would do nothingVery poor customer service and appliancesHis response is not the truthCan he show the inspection report for the washer, dryer and fridge? I can try to track down photos of washer and dryer we were promised

Thank you for the help I have already notified them that they had a date to have a complete matching set to be inspected by local appliance store and the reason I suggested that to prove that I was not trying to deliberately give them faulty products yes I have had situations like this before and have satisfied the customer unless customer has given up on me I intentions were to make it right with them I'm very sorry thank you

They will be taken care of by.monday I will let them exchange as contract says and they can check the performance of the machines at my house or the appliance dealer the contract does not state a warranty but I feel led to still take care them to the best of my ability thank you

Repair man was there onApril th to repair it got a bill and paid it I knew dryer needed a paddle on it but planned on bringing her another one Being we were not in area next few weeks I had repair man go there and fix it for about $ I have talked to office of where tech works and when he left on March th all was fine or he never would have left home I made a courteous call a few days after the tech left and my answer was ALL IS FINE THANK YOU FOR GOOD SERVICE I cannot make it simpler than that and will get a text or letter to validate that statement It's common sense that if repair man is in house and something is not right it's going to be brought up and talked about percent of time If there was something that they repaired that they did not fix properly it's your responsibility to contact tech that was there thank you
