In regards to complaint date 03/04/2014First of all, there are a few corrections that need to be corrected on the customers statement that are not correctFirst the car was brought into our shop on 02/26/to have her fluids checked, we found that the fluid was very low and extremley dirty! We
advised a service on the transmission which was performed, (with the correct fluid) CVTF JSecond, I do not know why the customer keeps stating the *** was usedWe explained that there are two different types of fluid used for the *** , *** for the Jmodel transmission, which is not in the vehicle, and the other is a *** CVTF Jfluid which is the transmission in the vehicle, we explained that we used exactly what the transmission dip stick stated, also we explained we use a software that has manufactures spec and guide lines, that we followI did explain that the dealer was wrong just telling her it has the wrong fluid in it by just looking at it based on colorI explained the fluid we used meets the requirement for her transmission we also, called the dealer to confirm what we are using for fluid and they said " it is fine" We tried to explain this several times to the customer but it did not seam that she was understanding anything we tried to explain, she insisted that the fluid we used was wrong, I did offer to use dealer fluid and flush the transmission out with dealer fluid, but again stated there is nothing wrong with the fluid we used, I also, mentioned we never had any problems using this fluid in the pastCustomer asksed how much for the flush, and we offered to do it at no charge, but made it clear we did not use the wrong fluid, and asking for a sample, she is correct, we had done mulitple flushesby the time she called and asked for a sample, we did explain to her that the old fluid had been mixed with other fluids, and the customer did not call just a hour after the car was dropped off, it was more like 3-hours later, and yes it was to be picked up at the end of the day so we could drive the vehicle then let it sit cool down and then retest drive again, For our knowlege that the transmission is still performing correctlySo when the customer called 3-hours later we had already performed serveral flushes by that time, we were only letting the vehicle cool down so we could test drive again! we did ask the customer to sign a copy of the invoice, stating what was performed and that a multiple flushes of the transmission fluid was performed with the green dealer fluid that performs the same as what was in it before, it also, states that we did call the dealer to confirm that the CVTF Jfluid that states on the bottle for CVTF, transmission is correct and the dealer did say it was fine, it also, states on dip stickAs for the research the customer did, was completly irrelevant to the fluid we used, we also did ask the customer to leave, as we had spent some time and mulitple times to try to explain to the customer what took place, ectand that we had not caused any damage to her transmission! (we tried to explain that the transmission fluid was extremly dirty and contaminated, prior to any service, this could contribute to possible transmission issues, but we could not even get that far, as the customer was making a seen with her gentlemen friend, so I the Owner gave her the keys to the vehicle and asked her to leaveI never had to ask a customer to leave before, this was a situation I felt coud not be delt with any further based on the customer still believing that the CVTF Jfluid that states on her transmission dip stick, what to use, and is exactly what we used and even the dealership telling us "it was ok to use and other vendors"It is clearly on the dip stick what to use and we tried explaining that even in past converstationsI feel this is unforunate the customer had to file a statement that was not necessaryI have been in business a very long time and take pride in what we do and for such a complaint to be made is very unfournate for a shop that has a good knowledgeable background in what we do. I do ask that this statement be retracted, as I take our name seriously and good reputation to the fullestWe hope this gives the customer a different look upon this issue. We will not take blame, and will not reimburse any funds ectSincerley, *** ***Owner

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.  first all my invoice that was given to me when I picked my car up after the first transmission flush states 3/4/2014. Second, I was shown a bottle of castrol multi import multi vehicle, not valvoline. [redacted] said my car took sp 1 sp 2. Well my car takes cvt fj1 which he now states it does. [redacted] is green. What was in my transmission was red automatic transmission fluid is red, while cvt transmission fluid is a pale to lime green. I am more than willing to cd you a copy of the whole recording when I picked up my car where [redacted] states that castrol multi import was used in my car and that [redacted] the owner went over that with me. [redacted] even said himself that [redacted] wanted money out of me. If that was the case they wouldn't have told me to go back to quality to try and get them to fix it. When I picked up my car from quality there was a small tape recorder in my pocket. You can hear the whole conversation where [redacted] states that the import was used and not cvt f-j1  . The format here does not accept MP3 files so that I could upload it here. Even when I went and bought an after market cvt from auto zone it was green. The valvoline is green' there's a bottle sitting on my porch because [redacted] insisted even after market cvt transmission fluid was red. Well, turns out it's not. There is a time stamped video of me checking my transmission fluids the night before they re flushed my transmission showing the fluid being burgundy and not green which is the color of the valvoline transmission fluid.
Regards,
[redacted]
