I am not sure if the salesman Ben V told him it was a gal tank or a gal tank, we still have the Nissan and he is more than welcome to take it to any independent mechanic shop he would like to see what the Nissan actually was getting for fuel mileage, I have to trust what my mechanics are telling meWe did trade the customer out of the unit and tried to make the customer happy, it is Qualities desire to make each customer happy with our dealership and if there is anything more we can do to help the customer we would be happy to, we carry several Nissan pickups on our lot and havent had this complaint in the past about the Nissan brand but would be happy to contact Nissan to see if there has been any other complaints about the Frontiers fuel mileageBen V the sales rep involved with this sale really likes this customer and stated to me that all he wanted to do is make a happy customerI am not sure what I can do for him at this point because we already traded him out of the unit he is talking aboutPlease feel free to contact me with any further questionsThank you

Goodmorning, The customer had stated that he was not getting over mpg with his frontier, we did a mpg check on his frontier and we came up with two seperate test showing that the frontier was getting mpg, customerstill was not happy with the results so we agreed to trade him out of the frontier amd he is now very happythank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I still don't have my truck.I have attached the service invoice of all the things that were done to the truck before it was put on the lot to be sold The second item on the list is the radio Supposedly, the radio had already been fixed So my question is does this truck have an on going problem with the radio, or did no one check to see if it really did work? What else on the invoice has not been done? We have kept the customer in the loop continuouslyThe problem is a Ford parts availability issueEveryone is doing everything they can to satisfy the problemThe customer has alternate transportationAlternatives were suggested that the customer passed on which is fine but this path will take as long as it takes and nobody has forgotten.Dan D***Service Director Quality Dealerships

I reject the response. In that the Quality Mazda states the mpg for the Nissan Frontier SV recieved mpg. The manufacturer states that the Nissan Frontier SV, 2016, when functioning properly, gets a combined city/highway mpg of 19, not 27. I took the truck in to a Nissan dealership, and they also stated that the Nissan Frontier does not get a combo of city/highway of mpg--that is more like mpgAlso, I learned that my particular Nissan did not have a gallon tank. Instead it had a gallon tank. Quality Mazda, when they sold it to me, said it had a gallon tank. This explains why we came up with different mpg given the mathematics of determing mpg. That is why I am stating to mpg, in the city, and not mpg. In the end, I did agree to switch out vehicles, however, I was not happy as the dealership claims. I tried to make the best out of a horrible situation and I am still considering legal action towards the dealership.Regards,*** * ***

In the last years, I have bought vehicles from Quality Mazda I have never had a problem till now Rather than keep arguing a point endlessly, I would rather move forward In the end, the only person who got a raw deal is me I hope Quality is happy that they were able to take advantage of me and in the end con me out of my trade in vehicle This will be my last purchase at this dealership Thank you

The radio concern we are having with the truck owned by Ms*** is caused by a problem that Ford is having with their audio componentsThe piece is a Interface Communication ModuleIt is currently on a national backorder situation (none available in the country)our most recent issue involved
our getting one and finding that it was not correct for the applicationWe have now obtained another component and believe the truck will be ready to go as early as Friday 11/Our last update to Ms*** was by our Used Car Recon Manager on MondayWe are very sorry for this inconvenience.We have supplied Ms *** with a substitute car in the meantime and hope to have her truck back to her just as soon as we can.Dan D***Service Director Quality Dealerships###-###-####

No one got a hold of me this week to let me know anything.  The last time I heard from anyone was last Friday, the 18.  Jack from the service department called to let me know the part had not come in.
