Their website had a coupon- which I did not screen shot at the time, and now conveniently has a Errorhttp://www.airexpressappliancerepair.com/*** the coupon was for a free service call with any repair. As you can see, they wrote down the information to repair my furnace duct, and called that evening to get our credit card to place the order. But never seem to have ordered it and never EVER called to tell us anything. I called so many times to find out what was going on, and the manager assured me he would call me back with an answer. He never did. On the bottom of their main page, http://www.airexpressappliancerepair.com/ it does state Our Commitment Same day service throughout Virginia, Maryland and DCWe also offer free service call with any repair.I was NEVER given the chance to get my free service call with any repair because they took my $and disappeared. I'm sorry I don't have other supporting documents. Thank you very much

I am rejecting this response because:This response is not acceptable.
I brought my vehicle in on the 24th of Dec 2015 to replace a fuel pump, spark plugs, 4 disc pads and rotors, oil change and valve cover gasket replaced total cost $1947.05 paid in full. When I left Quality Automotive the service engine light came on , I stopped by Autozone had them do a diagnostics , which showed a catalytic converter error, and called Mr [redacted] for advice. He said not to worry about it, it was ok to drive bring in when I can.My 2005 Xterra overheated and I call Mr [redacted] , who had the vehicle towed to his shop. After his diagnoses he said he needed to take the engine apart, check heads and damage, replace all gaskets etc and that I needed to replace all four catalytic converters. His cost $3,300. Which I paid in full.Received vehicle back and it sounded really good, drove it for a couple of days engine service light back on "catalytic converter error" car is loosing power, bogging down, can only get it up to 40mph on hwy.Mr. [redacted] says it needs to go to Nissan dealership to be reprogrammed, they have my vehicle for a week. When I call on the status Mr. [redacted] says they have my vehicle but he must replace two sensors. On the invoice it says he purchased the sensors through the Nissan dealership but in fact he purchased after market sensors that did not fit and he rigged and wired . When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was an awful noise under the hood, I asked his associate what it was, he said that he and another mechanic had heard it and thought it was the timing chain going out. I asked why it was not replaced while the engine was apart.I Asked his associate to get Mr. [redacted], he came back and said Mr. [redacted] said  quote: " was ok to drive, will work itself out" I refused to leave explaining this sound wasn't there when I dropped it off.My vehicle has been in and out of the shop over a catalytic converter error code which he was paid to fix. This is mid February already I receive my vehicle back, and Mr. [redacted] had replaced the timing guide listed on invoice, he called it something else when he talked to me said it was broken, I did ask what that part was for he avoided the conversation, after reading invoice realized it was a timing guide. Still did not replace timing chain. After leaving shop, a couple of days later engine service light back on with "catalytic converter" error code, except now it is leaking oil. Had to put a quart of oil in by end of week. Take back to the shop.I also discovered that the back two catalytic converters have not been replaced. Mr. [redacted] says that is not the problem but I have been charged for them? I get my vehicle back he said he replaced a valve cover gasket and Oxygen sensors. It is now March 18th and my vehicle is still not fixed, engine service light back on same error code, continue to smell oil. Asked Mr. [redacted] to put the catalytic converters on that he charged me for, oil leak and the error code. That this is enough, it's been in and out of the shop for 3 months with same problem, now more issues.refer to original complaint as to status of vehicle when dropped off and received.March 21 Mr. [redacted] says my vehicle is fixed. Service engine light on, still smelling oil take it to get a second opinion, I have proof that Mr. [redacted] is the cause of the damage that has happened to my vehicle. Leaking oil at front of engine, valve cover and timing cover all gaskets he replaced, vacuum hose cracked and filled with silicone instead of replaced. When putting engine back together he did not replace AC connector seals, leaking at high side and low side pressure. Did not replace back two catalytic converters and lied about Nissan sensors, which were after market and not compatible with vehicle. There is no doubt that he new where the oil leaks were, I told him it was leaking oil and as a trained professional he would have found the cause immediately. He cut corners as much as possible and because of his negligence and unscrupulous behaviour, I now need to replace the motor. Information on original complaint. plus accrued $644.21 in car rental fees in order to not loose my job and will have an exact quote on Engine replacement on 4/22/16 at this time estimated at $6900.

I am rejecting this response because:I disputed the $3300.00 Mr. [redacted] charged me for repairs through my credit card company. Mr. [redacted] presented his case and I showed proof on invoices and pictures and a second opinion by a reputable Mechanic that there is no doubt my engine is damaged because of Mr. [redacted]'s negligence and original repair never solved.  After their research and consultation I received the $3300 back on my credit card, however, there is a bill for $6999.01  to remove and replace engine assy w/ tranfer comp . (not including parts Mr. [redacted] charged me for and didn't replace )  and a bill through Enterprise Rental for $644.21 for 3 weeks so I would not loose my job. This has been an extremely difficult time for me to find ways to get to work and all the extra costs caused by Mr. [redacted].Knowing that he was aware of the state he left my engine in and the proof I have of his negligence, it is his responsibility for engine replacement of $6999.01 and rental fees accrued of $644.21 , Totalling $13,430.22 . Thank you very for your help, sincerely

She came in and want us to look over and repair vehicle she just bought. She brings in again in month later with over heating, it has a blown head gasket causing overheating. Replaced head gaskets and had the heads machine & valves checked. It had convertor codes so we bought two front...

convertors from frank supplies yes aftermarket convertors and put them on the front. Now she wants her money back. I have not heard from her about the convertor problem or a noise in the engine. I get a letter from you that she wants money back. I did not rebuild the engine just head gaskets to stop the over heating. She is upset cause she just bought his Nissan and she is putting a lot of money in it. It has alot of mileage on it.

Excellet place to get your vehicle worked on! Very resonable, wouldn't do any work until they got my ok. Will be a customer for life.
