I had work done 2 years ago and was very satisfied with the work I saw them do. Now we had a major leak on an area they were to have totally replaced. Ceiling damaged and we had 6 large bins catching water PLUS panels of the ceiling. Jeff Craig told me that they were going to repair EVERYTHING, it is now 3 weeks and only the outside was repaired. My daughter and her family haven't been able to sleep in that room for 3 weeks. I have been calling, emailing and sending texts to him. The 2 times he responded..... he said he would be over to take care of things. Now 1 week has passed since he last communicated with me, even though I have sent more texts & emails.... I am a VERY DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED customer!!!!!!!
