Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: for seven months I was promised regularly that I would receive what we agreed to in the contract dated February 21, Now your promising me that you have put the check in the mail and the rest when you get it all figured out I learn slow but I eventually learn I will believe you when I have the checks in hand When was the first check mailed and when do you plan on sending the second one? I guess I am not sure exactly what the customer is asking forAs I said in the last response, I fully agreed to reimburse the $for the window contract which has been sent out in the mailAs I also stated in the last response, I also fully agreed to compensate her as much as possible for the delayBut since the customer has rejected it, and if this is not what the customer wants, then I am completely misreading the complaintAlso, as I stated, I would like to be able to do a full accounting of the material costs, so that I can compensate fairly and as much as possible for the delaySince I have previously to reimburse the $for the window contract and to compensate for the delay but that was rejected, I am obviously not understanding the complaint. I am rejecting this response because: He priced the porch separately, at $5,647.29, I gave him $6, I want the refund of $that he promised along with the compensation that he also promised me for the extreme delay in completing the porch

To Revdex.com, As I explained to the customer, it had been a really bad year for usI had been dealing with MRSA infection in my knee from early March and am still dealing with itDuring this period, my Foreman had to have emergency surgery to fix collapsed blood vessels in his right arm and
was off of work for almost monthsMy other employee was mugged in Centralia and had to take off from a broken ankleAt the time, my crew consisted of me and these other people, so I did my best to do all I could to get jobs doneFirst of all, I agreed to do the job at a very discounted rateWhen she asked me to not go ahead with the windows, I understood, but I also have to eat the cost of $for special order windows made specifically for that jobThat in mind, I agreed to reimburse her fully for the window contract (the $300? something dollars mentioned)I also told her that after a full accounting of the cost of all the materials for the porch was done, I would reimburse her what I could for the delayDue to the fact that the job was already discounted 20% then an additional 18%, I have to at least cover the cost of materialsA number of jobs were delayed because of the circumstances, and in most of them, I gladly gave the customer a 20% discount for the delay, but since the agreed price of this job was discounted so much in the beginning, it did not cover material and labor costsI know I won't make any money on the jobAfter I receive all bills related to material costs for this job, usually around the 10th of the month, I can do a full accounting of the job and see what I can reimburse her and still pay for the materials.
