I ordered a product from quality cage online a month ago was told my item would ship by 2 different days neither happened now the business is refusing to answer any of my emails and attempts to call

I ordered and paid for a Chinchilla Mansion Deluxe Bundle - Chinchilla Cage Kit. I got the regular kit without all the accessories. Which sells for about 350 dollars less. They never respond to email request. they do not respond to phone messages. They give a canned response on their ***. It took a long time to get the cage(3 months) and then it was not what I ordered.

I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company.

I placed an order on 10/18/19 with Quality Crate Crafters. I received an order confirmation and then an email update on 10/23 that they are experiencing a high volume of orders and that my order would ship out soon. On 11/4, I sent a message via *** Messages asking for an update on my order. I received a response on 11/6 saying that my order would ship on Friday (11/8). Our order was not shipped so I reached out again via *** Messages on 11/14 requesting another update on my order. I send another message on 11/18. I finally received a response on 11/19 saying that my order would ship the following day at noon (11/20). The order did not ship. I send another message on 11/22 and another on 11/25. I received a response on 11/25 stating my order would ship the following day (11/26). The order did not actually ship until 12/3 and arrived on 12/6, however we did not receive our whole order and some of the parts appeared damaged. I have reached out 2 additional times to find out when the rest of my order will ship as it has almost been 2 months since I initially placed the order. This is very disappointing considering this product cost $630 and their site says orders take up to 10 business days to ship. I need the company to get back to me ASAP regarding my order. I plan to challenge the payment I've made.

I have issued a full refund and next week will be shipping you your cage at no cost. This was bad service on my part and I have learned my lesson from it.

We are soon going to have inventory of all our normal product line which will give us the ability to put a better focus on custom orders.
