First, it should be noted Mr*** building was delivered 8-11-not 8-11-as is listed on his complaint.Second, our warranty does not cover acts of God. This would include damage from storms. There was no issue with our building until after we went through one of the rainiest
years in decades, including "1,year storm" as the news channels reported it. The roof must have been damaged in one of these many storms. As an act of good customer relations I sent a crew out to repair this building. I did this free of charge to the customer. I was next met with demands from Mr*** after I felt as though we had gone above and beyond what was reasonable under the warranty and weather. I am more than happy to assist Mr*** on getting his building water tight, but I am not obligated to pay other people to repair damage that was obviously incurred from one of the many storms of 2015. As I have stated our warranty does not cover acts of God. I am attaching a copy of our written warranty and the signed inspection and installation documents from Mr***'s job for review. Once again, FB is more than happy to assist Mr*** with the repair of damages incurred at a fair rate of labor and materials used.Sincerely,*** ***

have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. On March 10th @ 12:03pm I received the following text from *** *** ***"I am getting you on the schedule for next week I haven't responded to Revdex.com yet going to today Wanted to let you know first."
On Monday March 12th @ 10:12am I received a telephone call from *** with Fountain Buildings *** She left me a voicemail asking me to call her back so they could figure out which days I was off during the week so they could come byI called her back shortly after she left the voicemail and advised her that I worked everyday this week but but my wife is home during the weekI asked if I would need to be thereShe implied it was not necessary for me to be there and I told her any day was fineShe said she would look at the schedule, call me back and advise me when she could get me om the schedule for the weekIt is now 10:51pm on Friday and I never received a call back and no one has fixed the building. This is the same poor customer service I have been experiencing from this company.

This response was not emailed to me until this morning at 10:41am, but coincidentally, I spoke with *** *** yesterday and scheduled for someone to be at his home this morning to install the rain diverter. As of now the rain diverter has been installed and my technician is on his way back to the office. *** ***Fountain Buildings, Inc

I contacted [redacted] last week to let him know that I have the gutter system we need to repair his shed and I will get him on the schedule this week.   [redacted]

I dismiss Mr. [redacted] claim about an act of God causing the shed to leak.  The fact is the shed had been leaking for some time, probably from the day it was built, but I first became aware of it in June 2015.   Mr. [redacted] himself indicated after viewing the pictures I sent him, that their appeared to be water damage around the door frame (the attached picture was taken in June 2015 well before the bad rain Mr. [redacted] is referring to) indicating a long term leak.  It is clear that the windows and door were never properly sealed when the building was constructed and the crew who came out to try to repair the leaking door the first time indicated that it had not been sealed when the building was constructed.  That being said, I do understand that things happen and I am only asking that a step that was skipped during the construction of the building be completed properly, so I am very willing to have Mr. [redacted] arrange a time to have a crew come out and properly seal all three windows and the door within the next 10 business days.
