try our best to have it done by that day. We also informed her that it may be a possibility that the car may not be done that same day but would be finished the next morning. Since, sometimes we run into complications with the replacement process i.e junkyard takes too long to deliver, bolts break and or get stuck, etc. We tried to explain the nicest and best way possible but the customer felt offended. We tried to tell them to bring it in another day and whatever car if any is occupying our lift at the time would be pushed aside and theirs would be a priority. She agreed to come in the following day but did not show up. We are trying to do right by our customers and abide by our warranty. However, we do not see the need to reimburse the customer for money they did not spend. Genesis were the ones who paid for the job entirely so again we do not see the need to give back money they did not spend. Also, the reason as to why we took so long the second time with the transmission was, we were looking into where we could get the best used transmission so this wouldn't happen again. As you can see the problem with used parts is that you can never really tell how good they will be until installation and use. Lastly as I have stated before we sincerely wish to abide by our warranties and want to make sure our customers know we vale and appreciate their business.

Please bring your car on which ever day suits you best and let us know ahead of time so we can make room for you. We do apologize for our misunderstanding but rest assure we really appreciate your business. So once again let us know when you are available to leave the car, so we can have you up and running as good as new. Lastly, we will try our hardest to make sure the car is done on the same day, but please understand sometimes things do not go as smoothly as we wish and it could take a little while longer. Regardless we will have the car ready as quick as we can and sincerely apologize for any and all mishaps and wish you continue doing business with us in the near future.

The accusations are not true this company stated the car would be ready in one day. I have spent money on renting vehicles getting back and fourth to work because of this company they do not have loner vehicles. If they would check out all lights and other issues before hand this wouldn't have happened. The engine light was on when vehicle was given back they told me the car needed a tune up not true it was the silinoid on the transmission. I understand this company have other customers but don't over book yourself and put my vehicle on side. I don't trust them and I will not bring my car back to them. I am disappointed and I was a no show because on the day scheduled they had other vehicles when I arrived they told me to come back on Saturday. I stated on phone I work at night and was not off that weekend I made arrangements on that Friday the day they stated and am wrong? I disagree and it doesn't matter if I didn't pay for transmission it belongs in my vehicle I suffered and vehicle still not fixed I have to pay for their incompetence repair...I do not trust them and I will put them on social media

We are sorry we have lost your trust in our business. We never intended to make you feel like we did not appreciate and valued your business. However you must understand that in order to verify a used part is working properly we must first install it and run it with it on. Now when we drove it and checked it out everything was fine, if not we would not have turned it in that is not our policy. That just makes for bad business and if we truly did that to our customers we not be in business for as long as we have.

As I stated before, bring in the car and the boss will loan you his personal car. Once again we are truly sorry this has happened but it is a use part and this is one of the problems with buying used parts. You never really how good it is until after its installed and used. Also please allow us the proper time to make sure its fixed we will try to have it done as soon as possible, but keep in mind that we could run into complications when we work on it. Just rest assure we will make sure this will be fixed as it should have been and hope through this we can gain your trust

I am sure company will apply to fixing vehicle I also feel it will be completed in timely fashion and hopefully communication will be more frequently.
I think company is good they get overwhelming with cars and other vehicles get pushed on hold but over all company has and will improve
