This complaint is 100% false. We sold [redacted] a used Jeep Compass and he was very happy. He called 2 hours later and stated it was running rough. We asked him to bring it back and we would fix whatever the problem was. He changed his mind and didn't want the vehicle even if we fixed it. We...

took the vehicle back and refunded his down payment in full. WOW!  It's amazing what people can make up with no regard to the truth.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:You in fact did not sell a good running vehicle. Therefor, your lies show me you are not a trustworthy business. I am not comfortable having any of my belongings in your possession, let alone in a shop that perhaps told you the car was in good condition to sell. Also, I had the breaks replaced at a different shop then the original inspection. They stated the same as the first shop, that it had been sitting in water. The mechanic stated "I can't believe they sold a vehicle like that". They also said it appeared as if you guys did nothing to this vehicle, and put up for sale. They gave me the rusty break pads for proof. And yes, at this time, I am very remorseful for doing business with you. I will not dispute that in the least. In my opinion, your shop should be shut down.

vehicles to shops after the sale and machanics have told customer they needunnessary repairs in order to make there money. The car is used and the car runs and drivegood for a 8 year old vehicle, the rust he had menchaned seem to be only on the serfuse its myapinion the customer has a bad case of buyers remorise .and its our policy as any dealer iveever worked for or owned, that all sales are final.

We have bought our last three cars from Quality Car Sales in Kitchener. It's a very easy place to recommend. They are always straight up, helpful, and fair. No need to dicker on price, as it's already where it's supposed to be.
