Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I find his response to be full of liesFirst of all, we have invoices showing the contract and amounts paid by us in full, not by the previous owner, which I will be glad to email to Revdex.com as proofSecondly, the flaking cracking paint WAS pointed out to him on the garage floor, as was the paint can instructions (drying time between coats) that were NOT followedWorking in a paint store, this is my trained knowledge in my professionWhen the first coat of paint was drying, the workers went out briefly (about an hour or so) for lunch, while a fan was onHowever, upon their return, the female crew worker made the comment that the paint was NOT drying(When this was pointed out to Lloyd, he repeatedly said that she was not the one in charge, as if that makes her statement invalid.) Fifteen minutes later, when they were checked on again, boot marks on the first coat were seen and they were finishing up the second coatThey arrived at the house that day (July 11th) at 11:am, and left by 3:pmIn such a short amount of time, that floor could not possibly have been dry between coatsAttached pictures show the condition of the floor that was shown to himAlso attached is the bad seal up job done on the ill fitting drywallThat was the side opposite of the side above the breaker box, and thus should not have anything to do with itThe part of the asbestos that was not primed over before installing the drywall IS above the breaker panel, and since they didn't do a proper job the first time we did not trust them to do it right a second time now that they made it even more difficult to get to, thus asking for the refundThat picture is also attached

August 28, 2017 Revdex.com400 Holiday DriveSuite 220Pittsburgh, PA 15220 RE: ID# [redacted]Phone#; 412-456-2700 Fax#; 412-922-8656File Name; [redacted]To Whom It May Concern; We were asked to provide an estimate for the tile floor removal on May 8th from the above...

captioned address by Ms. [redacted], the previous owner so funds could be escrowed upon sale. She was selling her home and needed a cost for the sale. All conversation was with her for the removal and then painting the floor surface with two coats of paint. We also applied a senior citizen discount of 10% to her. After the closing the new owners, [redacted] & [redacted], asked for us to provide the services and we set July 6th to start. We removed the tile floor in a single car garage. H.E.P.A. vacuumed on both the 6th, and 7th Thursday and Friday. We expected this to only take one day but it took two of which we did not increase our price. Over the weekend it rained hard and [redacted] stated they did not open the garage door to aid in the drying process. He further stated that he was at work for Sherwin Williams a paint company and claimed ignorance to what needed to be done as far as drying the garage floor. On the following Tuesday, we checked the humidity and then painted the floor with an Epoxy paint designed for garage floors. During that time, my crew used a Coaxial fan which puts out over 3000 CPM to dry the surface of the floor and between coats. When the first coat was completed we were able to walk across the surface to apply the second coat without lifting any paint. Then the final drying and curing would take place. When I inspected the floor on the 17th it was in very good condition and evenly coated with the two coats per our invoice. I did not see any areas that were flaking or lifting nor were any pointed out to me but the current owner, [redacted].During the tile floor removal, they stated there was an area in a closet that the home inspector missed and needed removed or encapsulated. I inspected this on Friday the 7th and we both choose to encapsulate. At that time I walked over the garage floor and saw a very clean and dry surface. So. we encapsulated the rear ceiling section of a closet approximately 1 x 5' long and then installed a piece of dry wall over it. There was a ceiling light in this room as well as we have our own spot lights. The asbestos was coated and the dry wall was installed but did not cover the entire area with dry wall as it was a very tight area to fit it into due to the position of the electrical panel. Also, at that time I walked over the garage floor and saw a very clean and dry surface. In conclusion the [redacted]’s did not pay for the garage as the previous owner escrowed those funds for that. Regarding the encapsulation of a small end that was difficult to cover due to the E panel, we offered to come back to take care of that. We were denied the right of re-service an otherwise good job.Even though we provide the services as described we offered to come back to recoat the closet so they would be happy. It is my opinion that they always wanted the money. Busineses be wary.Sincerely,Loyd ** H[redacted] M.C.T., C.M.R.C, C.I.E.
