At this time, I have been contacted directly by Quality Cares regarding complaint ID 10616279, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because I contacted Quality Cares by phone and was told "Technician was unprofessional in handling job and not respondingThe money would be
returned, minus, parts ordered, shipping and handlingI told owner of Quality Cares this was not acceptable, because no services were provided and he kept my money in the amount of $Owner then said, "Well, you get you an attorney, and I'll get me an attorney and we'll go to court." He also added that the technician, ***" worked under contract with his company." I advised him that this makes him responsible for anyone working under his license and the my check was cashed under his company, Quality CaresHe informed me that he "could not stay on the phone with me all day" and the call was endedI mailed a letter today with the results of speaking with owner of Quality Cares today after speaking with *** *** *** of Revdex.com. Thanks again(NOTE: QUALITY CARES DID NOT CONTACT MEI CALLED HIM)

Review: ON April 12, 2015 a check in the amount of $202.90 was given to employee, [redacted]" of Quality Cares to order part and service Ice Maker of refrigerator. A date of service was given for service, April 24, 2015. My check was cashed on April 13, 2015(the next day). Calls to Quality Cares went unanswered, messages not returned. Today, May 8, 2015, I went to Quality Cares place of business and requested my money returned to me. I was told by an employee of Quality Cares that they have been receiving several complaints about [redacted]." That's not my business about the complaints. I requested my money returned because [redacted]" was working under this company's name, Quality Cares. The check was written out to Quality Cares and Quality Cares cashed my check. I have a bank statement showing copy of check cashed by Quality Cares. This employee called the owner of the store to let him know what my complaint was and he said, [redacted]" doesn't work for his company. But Quality Cares cashed my check. When [redacted]" was hired to do this job, he was working for Quality Cares. When my check was cashed, it was under and through Quality Cares. Now, that service hasn't been rendered for services paid for, [redacted]" doesn't work for them? I want my money back for services not rendered. My money was stolen from Quality Cares. Please help.Desired Settlement: I want my full amount of check written. Check# 110 in the amount of $202.90, that was cashed on April 13, 2015, paid in full asap. This company is running a fraudulent operation and needs to be stopped from doing so to other customers. Thanks.

Review: I puchased a used washer and dryer On August 16, 2013 from Quality Cares LLC for $300. At the time I was told that there was a 90 warranty from the date of purchase, in which we could receive a refund or exchange if the washer and dryer did not work properly. The washer leaked water and did not function properly in my first use of it. The dryer did not dry properly and still does not. On September 2, 2013 Mark [redacted], the owner of Quality Cares LLC came over to repair the units. He could not, so he decided to replace the washer. He promised to come over the next day, September 3, 2013, and replace the dryer, but he did not. After several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted], I asked for a refund of my money. He refused to give me a refund of my money in exchange for his broken units. He stated that he never claimed to give refunds, only store credit. He said that the evidence of this was specified on the receipt. My receipt only says 90 Day Warranty. There are no written specifications that indicate a refusal of refund. I told Mr. [redacted] that I did not want a store credit, because I had already wasted my time on his appliances and waiting on his services and I did not want to waste anymore. He refused to honor his original agreement for refund to unsatisfied customers.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $300, and I will return Mr. [redacted]'s washer and dryer to him.

Review: Around December 22 2015 I called Quality Care to repair my refrigerator. [redacted] the owner can and worked on it.Two days later it went out probably leaking the cooling fluid it in to cover the fact he didn't fix it properly. After days of trying to get in contact with him he finally sent another worker he charged me another $145.00 and it still didn't work. 3days later he sent someone to pick it after said to just give me half of the money back and I'll call someone else out.He still insisted he could fix it and after his worker came out and pick my refrigerator up he never called back until I call from a different number he said he had fixed it and just wanted it to run a day or so to make sure it would work. After several calls and text he told me he couldn't fix , but would exchange it with a exact model after a week with no reply from my calls.On January 14 I went to the shop and he said he didn't have time to work on it .I just want my money and my refrigerator back..Desired Settlement: I would my money back and my refrigerator.

Review: Purchased a used washer/dyer stack-able the week of May 13th, in the amount of $350.00 plus $50.00 delivery fee, the agreed mount with a ninety day (90)warranty. The original receipt reflects signatures of [redacted]. Three days later (May 16th) I decided to utilize my purchase. The dryer was and still is very,very noisy. Immediately I called the owner and let him listen to the racket the dryer was making. He assured me that he would come by to see about adjusting the dyer. After several calls, he told me that he had been so busy that he hadn't forgotten me. By that time we had approached the Memorial Day weekend and I knew he was not going to disturb his Holiday to accommodate me. A week later, I drove by his home address @ [redacted]. Just so happen, he was standing in front, where he stores a lot of appliances and I approached him about, when would he find the time to repair my dyer. Needless to say, he blew me off declaring he had a family emergency and didn't have time to deal with me. At that time I had a witness to his non-professional attitude and I knew then that he was not going to honor the agreement or contract. So far, I haven't heard from him. It is really disappointing to be taken advantage of, when it is so hard to find appliances of that nature to fit into the limited space your home provides. I past his home twice a week because I attend Church one block away. I am on a limited income and I cannot afford the newer models available or have the space available. I am fully aware, that you get what you pay for, however other family members have this exact model for at least 20 years, with no problems. I even tried to contact Sears to inquire of repair services, however, my request was denied because I could not provide model number or serial number. So I am requiring your assistance with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to honor the agreement we spoke upon delivery and to acknowledge the 90 day warranty. Repair or replace the washer/dryer with an extended warranty upon this resolution. If that is not agreeable with him...Then a Total Refund would be the final result.

Review: I contacted the company on Tuesday of Week 1 July 22 and inquired about purchasing two stoves and two refrigerators. I spoke with [redacted] and he informed me that he would be able to help me.I explicitly stated that I needed color matching sets. On Wednesday, I met with [redacted] at the company's location on Downman Rd and was able to select two white refrigerators. At that time, he informed me that he only had a bisque and black stove, which I agreed to purchase. At that time, we agreed upon the set price of $675 including a 90 day warranty with agreement that I would receive another white stove.On Thursday, July 31, I paid $475 as an installment with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion of order. I spoke with [redacted] on August 1, and he agreed to deliver the appliances On August 2 at 8am. Unfortunately, I did not hear from him until 1lam on the 2nd. At that time, [redacted] agreed to deliver at 3pm. He finally showed up for the delivery at 3:45. When he showed up, he did not have the items that I selected, neither did he have matching sets of appliances we originally discussed. I was told that 2 of the items that I selected was sold even though I had already given an installment payment for the appliances. He showed up with 2 white refrigerators which were significantly worn and only 1 black stove which totaled to only 3 appliances and I ordered 4. The stove did not have a powercord and he agreed to install in on Aug 4. One of the elements on the stove did not work as well. At that time he informed me that he had another white stove and demanded the $200 balance before delivery. I reminded him of the initial contract of matching color sets.I instructed him to swap out the malfunctioning black stove for the white one, but he still demanded the $200 before doing anything else. He also gave me an ultimatum of giving him the remaining $200 balance or calling the deal off. Now I'm stuck with mismatched malfunctioning appliances that are supposed to have a 90 day warranty that he's refusing to honor.Desired Settlement: I would like the 90 day warranty to be honored.

Review: I originally found this business on craigslist. He sells lots of used appliances on there. I bought a refrigerator at a reasonable price which included delivery and a 90 day warranty in which I have therreceipt for. After26 days the refrigerator stopped working and I lost a lot food. After contacting the owner [redacted] it took him several days to finally come out and assess the problem. Finding out the compressor went out he said he would send someone to replace the part. That person never showed at the date and time agreed. Set a new date...no show. Finally a week later after severAL attempts via text and many avoided phone call he sent someone to pick up my fridge because he said it would be easier to repair at the shop. In exchange they brought a loaner fridge. The guys hauled mine out and brought the loaner in that wreaked of bleach so strongly that I could not even stay in my house. I had to keep the doors and windows open for hours. I tried ccalling [redacted] over and over as well as texts to let him know of the problem. He never answered. The loaner has a broken handle stains all down the front strong bleach smell and much smaller than my original. I have since left several messages and texts to ask when will my original fridge be ready he has only responded once to say "as soon as I can" he since will not answer any phone calls or texts from me. I've begged this man for my money back or to please stand up to his word and repair my refrigerator. Nothing from him. No replies. This has been an ongoing very stressful ordeal. It has been going on for weeks!Desired Settlement: At this point I think it would be best to take a refund im very hesitant in trusting this man's product.
