Dear Sirs:My office had received an email complaint from *** *** a few weeks ago. Her complaint that the show was so loud that she had to leave is a completely new one to us. FIDDLER ON THE ROOF has been playing at the Broadway Theatre for a year now without sound complaints.
It is a traditional Broadway musical, without extreme amplification such as what is being described My assistant invited her to return to see the show, but the offer was declined Her emails do not indicate in what locations *** *** was seated. Although I am not aware of anyplace in the theatre where a sound problem such as the one explained exists, I would like to know where she sat so we can look into this a bit more thoroughly Thank you!
