Check Engine Light for an EVAP Code, which we did take care of. We also gave [redacted] a 90 Day Power Train Service Contract at no cost to her. We are not the lien holder on this loan and have had nothing to do with any of her repairs in the past 19 months. She did contact us once when her rack & pinion and oxygen sensors went bad. I did speak to her and told that if she checks with the repair shop we use we could get her our discounted rate. She still explained she could not afford it. I did tell her we cannot pay for any repairs to her vehicle. We have not heard from her since.Summer H[redacted]Manager
