This location equipment constantly breaks down and the dryers and washers are eating up our money and the management seem to not care at all, besides the gear the customer service is trashy too, management is rude and doesn't listen to the customers. Besides that the establishment will state one thing and then act like they never stated it. Example: closing time was stated 8pm I came in multiple times and they are always changing the closing time, the employee will rudely mop the whole floor at once then try to stop people from coming in due to him being ignorant, & go tell management they would just look at you.
Other (requires explanation) Either this place fix up or ship out.
In regards to the complaint stated by the customer, I would like to address that this place has been a family owned business for more than 30 years. I would like to start by addressing each complaint in order as stated by the customer.
1. In regards to the equipment breaking down, like any business machines or equipment is bound to stop working unexpectedly. We work proficiently to mark a machine that is broken down, and try and have it fixed as soon as possible. If by any means our customers accidentally use that machine employees are always available to provide that customer with a refund and/or have their clothes changed into a different machine. If it is a vending machine, we open the machine and provide the customer with whatever it is that they needed. An employee is present at all times during business hours and ready to serve any customer whether it is in the laundromat, and/or the dry cleaning services.
2. Customer stated that establishment is "trashy", our employees try their best to maintain the cleanliness of the establishment at all times. Employees sweep, mop, or clean the washing machines several times through out the day as needed, with a full thorough clean at closing time.
3. Management is rude- Our management/employees try their best to be attentive to any customer needs and or request. Whether it is a dryer not warm enough we offer to change their clothes to a different dryer and provide them with whatever amount of coins they put in, or a washing machine that is not accepting the coins we are attentive and ready to help.. We always answer, and welcome any complaints and/or requests and try to address them immediately.
4. Closing time- Closing time with a laundromat is hard to adjust as it all depends on when the last customer is done with their wash. Due to the confusion with our closing time, we have changed the "last wash" time to be at 7:30 pm. Therefore meaning we will not allow any more customers from entering the establishment to "wash" after 7:30 pm. Anyone who enters before will be allowed to finish their duty as per usual. Customers for Dry cleaning services, or vending/water machines will still be allowed to enter and exit through out the time being that the establishment remains open or until the last customer has left the establishment.
5. Cleaning of the Establishment- A complete clean/wipe down is done at closing time. Employees wipe down the machines first. Then we sweep and mop before closing. We do not allow customers in or to step on the wet floor for the own customers safety.
Also would like to clarify that there might be a language barrier with some of the employees, just be patient and address any concerns with me, the owner. We are sorry for any misunderstanding. We will work hard to make sure everyone of our employees is in sync. We are always open to discussion, and any concerns anyone might have. Thank you.
