In response to Revdex.com Complaint ID # [redacted] , Hanes has sent an email to [redacted] We apologized for the problems that we have had with the delivery of the items that [redacted] ordered due to a backorder and communication problems We are working directly with our Inventory Control department to address these concerns We show that Hanes.com shipped out her complete order on 6/30/and that it is expected to be delivered by USPS on 7/6/ We have also issued a full refund for $to her account on 7/1/for this order and have offered a complimentary item due to this inconvenience and delivery delay Please let me know if we can provide further assistance with this complaint Sincerely, Julie J [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with the customer who stated she was accepting the refund offered by the business

MrHarrison came and paved my 400' driveway in March It is on a steep hill, but he and his crew did an excellent job They arrived early and finished the job in days It looked great and solved a severe water run-off problem that I had In the fall of 2016, I asked him to come back to seal my driveway as he had promised Had some difficulty getting him back due to his busy schedule, but he did finally come back and did a great sealing job It looks like new I know there are plenty of did-reputable paving contractors out there, but Ben Harrison is not one of them

He has done great paving work for us on several occasions and since he went into business.

We received...

the complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted] to the RevDex.com.  We were confused by this complaint because the name on the order in question was different than Mr. [redacted]'s name.   We spoke to Mr. [redacted] on
4/3/15 about this confusion and apologized for this inconvenience.  The account has been cleared in full under the  correct name. There will be no further
letters or telephone calls from Hanes regarding this order. This Hanes
order number 317766250 was received  by Mr. [redacted] and all of his concerns have
been addressed.   We sent a follow-up email to Mr. [redacted] on 4/10/15 to confirm that the account was cleared.  Please let us know if we can provide further assistance.

The owner of the business spoke with Revdex.com and stated that he is willing to offer the customer a refund of $1,000.

I am rejecting this response because: I still have not rec'd my order. It's been weeks. Just send me what I ordered.

      We spoke to [redacted]...

[redacted] today by phone about her complaint to the Revdex.com concerning the fit of the sweatpants she received and not receiving a free return label upon request.  We apologized for these service problems and for our delay in response.  This complaint was sent through a different office and did not see it until today.  As we discussed with [redacted] over the phone, we have issued an immediate credit of $57.81 to cover the costs of these sweatpants and the tee shirt that we are providing to her complimentary with our apologies for this inconvenience. 
We are also going to pull her preferred style of sweatpants HP450 on Monday and measure for fit.  Once we have verified the measurements we will send those out to her immediately along with the free return label to return the style that did not fit.   [redacted] was pleased with our response.  Please let me know if we can provide further assistance  with this complaint.

In response to this rejection, we have sent an email to Ms. [redacted] to apologize for her not receiving the three packages of Shapers that we show were delivered by USPS on 7/6/16.  On 7/8/16 we sent out another six packages of the Shapers to deliver the original three packages on the order and a complimentary order of three packages in addition to the full refund for $50.96 on 7/1/16.   We hope that this delivery by UPS on 7/12/16 at 4:55PM  of these six packages of Shapers along with this full refund will make amends for this inconvenience to her.  Please let me know if we can provide further assistance with this complaint.

In response to the Revdex.com Complaint
ID [redacted], we have contacted Mr. [redacted] concerning his request
to unsubscribe from Hanes.com email promotions on 11/27/15 . We did unsubscribe
his email address on 11/27/15 and show that all emails from our company should have stopped on 12/2/15. 
There was also a second email address in
his household that received promotion emails that was unsubscribed on 12/2/15.  We asked him to let us know if there have been any
further emails after 12/2/15 and we will investigate immediately.  We also apologized for this inconvenience.                                 ... />
