We received a great email quote on a RV After driving hours they would not honor the price But is was OK we decided on a different RV anyway A NEW Keystone Hideout 28BHS, so excited we bought it!! Got it home found out it was not winterized because the water tanks were 2/full!! Very upset that we spent that much money on what we were told was a brand new trailer to find out its used They would not come get it we had to drive it all the way back We put about miles on our truck and spent about $in gas They wouldn't help us out with gas money or anything I would never buy from people that don't tell the truthSo if you do buy from them you might just be buying something used because they have no idea when they let someone use their trailers Later we found out we were not the only people this has happened to! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

We had purchased our Keystone trailer via the internet with Lakeshore and it was so easy When we started to look for our new one we contacted them and they worked with us to secure a great trade in and the get the lowest prices on our Our trahad an issue with the slider that we did not knowwe knew it was not opening and closing easily and thought it was a roller/slider silicone spray issue that would solve it But it was more that needed repairLakeshore explained the issue and worked with us to get if fixed with over 1/the original cost reduced They worked with us and we never felt pressured or stressed We purchased our Montana and are awaiting spring!

We live in [redacted] and bought a NEW trailer from Lakeshore. We paid to have a driver from Lakeshore deliver the trailer. Scott D[redacted] was our our sales representative and he was great during the sales process. When the driver delivered the trailer, he apologized that the lock on the trailer main door was broken and Lakeshore was aware and would cover the costs to fix the door lock. We weren't thrilled to take possession of a new almost $30k trailer with a problem, but we understand things happen and we agreed to have it fixed in our hometown. Soon after, we realized the main water tank had a small leak. We contacted Becky in Warranty at Lakeshore and told her both about the lock and the water tank. She asked that we get an estimate from our local repair center and send her a copy. We did and she told us to go forward with fixing the problems and to send her the bill for reimbursement. I asked her how long it usually takes to be reimbursed after she receives the invoice and she said 2-3 business days. (It has been 5 months and no reimbursement.) Long story shorter and about 30 phone calls and emails (literally), Becky said they couldn't reimburse us because they needed pictures. Isn't this something she should have mentioned before the work was complete and the broken door lock and leaky tank was disposed of? After months of trying to contact Becky and her not remembering who we are, often times couldn't find our emails, forgot what she had told us and changed her story and then simply telling us she couldn't help us, we contacted Scott D[redacted], our sales representative. He too has not rectified the problem or communicated any additional information. Customer service is key in today's world and Lakeshore has failed. This isn't so much about the money they owe us, but more about principle. Buyer beware.

We received a great email quote on a 2015 RV After driving 4 hours they would not honor the price. But is was OK we decided on a different RV anyway. A NEW 2014 Keystone Hideout 28BHS, so excited we bought it!! Got it home found out it was not winterized because the water tanks were 2/3 full!! Very upset that we spent that much money on what we were told was a brand new trailer to find out its used. They would not come get it we had to drive it all the way back. We put about 1200 miles on our truck and spent about $500 in gas. They wouldn't help us out with gas money or anything. I would never buy from people that don't tell the truth. So if you do buy from them you might just be buying something used because they have no idea when they let someone use their trailers. Later we found out we were not the only people this has happened to! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I purchased ad New 2015 Wildwood 272QBXL from Lakeshore RV in June of 2015. We drove from VA to complete a internet sale. The sale was as expected. with a few minor hitches. after leaving lakeshore we drove to OHIO and stayed the night in our new unit. then back to VA the next day. once arriving home we placed our belongings in camper and took her on her maiden voyage. During first night in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. issues were discovered. we called our sales representative back. Brian Larwence who referred us to Andrea in customer service. we were having trouble with awning not properly opening or closing, bathtub was leaking. and we were unable to install hotrod kit that was included in our sale. ( this was supposed to be installed at dealer prior to pickup, but conviently they were out of these kits) we were assured that we would simply have to plug in hot rod kit and screw it into our hot water tank, not the case as there was no plug in as promised to do this . we would have had to splice wiring which would have vioded our warrenty. while camping at beach we discovered Our Slide out was leaking water the dealer ship was called, and on our way home our breaks went out of unit, along with a laundry list of other things. after many calls to the dealership andrea sent us out a replacement awning motor, which did not solve the issue and we sent back motor. we have since been given the "run around" and even encouraged to call forrest river ( I kept the emails from lakeshores employee encouraging me to do this ) I continue to be unable to get any service from lakeshore Rv after months of the back and forth from myself and their representatives, and even a call or two to the sales person out of despiration. I finally called Forrest river directly. My camper has since been back to the factory in Indianna and returned to me by forest river the problems continue they have not been fixed. almost 1 year later I am getting some resolution from. Forrest river. they acnowlede my unit is bad and simply wants to buy out my defective unit. I called lake shore RV thinking since they sold me the defective unit in the first place they may be best place to start. Still unable to get any assistance from Lake shore Rv, infact my sales person was extremily rude during our conversation, He did not want to be bothered by a problem that he and his dealership should have owned almost a year ago. I am definatley disappointed with the lack of service from Lakeshore RV. simply put I will not purchase another unit here, and will advise all contacts to skip this dealership.
