We were referred to Dent Dudes from a friend who works near their office after the big hail storm back in May We went here based on recommendations and their online presence including many star reviews What we got was the complete opposite of a star quality job
We dropped our vehicle off on May 18th and our insurance issued them a check for the estimated amount, minus deductible Due to an online special, Dent Dudes agreed they would be covering our deductible Dent Dudes did not initially give us a turnaround time, however, we received a call from ***, the owner, explaining our car would be done by June 8th (days after we dropped it off.) They ended up having our vehicle for days to fix the hail damage During this time, communication was extremely difficult and we received the runaround continuously We constantly reached out to them via phone and left many voicemails and messages with the receptionist Days would pass and we would still not hear anythin

We have recently chosen Kissimmee Florida as our retirement communityAfter much consideration we also chose Custom homes from Haynes city to purchase our new home fromMy wife and I have had the home purchasing experience many times In our livesThis purchased required design, delivery,set up and on site completion We have never experience a company that represented our interest from beginning to end of the process ,the professionalism demonstrated by every one working for Custom Homes is to be commended
