4th of July Holiday. He said that he will pay after the holiday but never did pay. The next day when he was supposed to pay he skipped out owing the hotel $249.10. When Mr. [redacted] checked in again at the property that money went towards what he owed the hotel for the previous stay and was credited back the difference after his second stay. I am rejecting this response because:the manager is lying...I have 2 kids and my wife and even the police whom I called not him told him to his face the room wasn't in a bad state and they told him to let me stay there and yet he refused....he has kicked out numerous people since he is power Hungry and it's not acceptable at all...you can contact east brunswick police and they will tell you exactly what I'm saying is true

The guest Mr. [redacted] was occupying a room paid for by a Mr. [redacted] [redacted]. When his room was schedule to be clean on his cleaning day. One of my housekeepers called me to the room and showed me how much of a mess the condition of the room was...
in. The room was unbearable, a total mess and the smell was awful. My housekeeper could not get into the room to clean like they are suppose to. I then came back to Mr. [redacted] room and put a letter in it stating that he had 48 hrs to clean the room and make it back to livable conditions. When the 48 hrs was up, I went back to his room to check and the room was still the same way. When Mr. [redacted] returned to property I informed him that he had to leave the property and that all monies minus days already stayed will be credited back to the form of payment that was used to pay for his room. Mr. [redacted] begin to get irate with me and saying that I cannot do that because he was on some type of house/monitoring arrest with a device around his ankle. I called the police and informed them what was happening and explained it to the officers that arrive and also showed them the condition of the room. They spoke to Mr. [redacted] to find out his side of the story and then told him that he had to leave the hotel and that he would no longer be allowed on property.
