The issue here is simple :
  the Quality Design Home Improvements breach the contract without valid excuse.
The
contract clear stated that the siding will be fixed in 1-2 weeks, it is
signed on Dec. 13 2013. Until now it still not fixed.
 
The excuse Mr [redacted] and Quality Design Home Improvements gave in  July 9,
2014 reply to the complaint is that "the siding style was not available
to me (Mr [redacted] )". Mr. [redacted] did not specify how the siding style not available to
him. But the same color and same style sidings are widely available in
most siding stores.

Improvements. This is the real reason why Mr [redacted] and Quality Design Home Improvements breach the
contractor signed on Dec.13, 2013. Mr [redacted] and Quality Design Home Improvements want to force customer to replace
whole wall. there are only two pieces of siding fall down, Mr [redacted] and Quality Design Home Improvements' offer is to
replace whole wall with several thousand dollars.
I suggest the Quality Design Home Improvements honor the contract signed on Dec. 13 2013. it is  legal document.
 Mr. [redacted] have to bring back my old pieces of the siding he took away on
Dec. 13, 2013. These sidings are my property. Mr. [redacted] and Quality Design Home Improvements, do not have right have them.
When I found Mr. [redacted] took them away I thought that [redacted] and Quality Design Home Improvements would fix the siding I do
not need them. now [redacted] and Quality Design Home Improvements refuse to honor the contract, not fix the siding.  I request that [redacted] and Quality Design Home Improvements return my old siding  back to me, I will find other contractor to fix the siding
with these materials.
I think this is a much reasonable solution.

At the free estimate I noticed that two pieces of his vinyl siding had blown off his house and were laying damaged on his property. Mr. [redacted] didn't want to side the whole wall but wanted a couple of new pieces of siding installed where the damaged area was. We agreed on a price and contracted to do the repair. Mr. [redacted] put $20.00 down on a $140.00 contract. We went outside grabbed the damaged siding off the ground and put them in the back of my pick up truck.
The first attempt I had on fixing this for Mr. [redacted] I found that the siding style where the siding clips together was not available to me. I was at the home with my installer and the only thing we could install was a piece of damaged j channel, the siding pieces that I bought would not work.
The second attempt was with different material and again wouldn't fit. Typically these are easy repairs when the correct material is available. There was a bunch of delays on the project due to weather (vinyl is very brittle in the cold) as well as trying to find the right material.
During this process Mr. [redacted] was very unhappy and as I tried to explain the situation he would call me a liar.
The third and final time I tried to install siding at Mr. [redacted] I tried cutting the lower edge of my new siding to see if I could get that to work but it didn't.
Mr. [redacted] received his deposit back of $20.00 and I told him I was unable to do the work. I brought my wife along to witness the transaction. I have probably $200.00 worth of my time and materials in this situation. To do this job the entire wall of siding would have to be replaced and that would be a couple of thousand to do the job properly.
I am sorry that I was not able to find his siding however MR. [redacted] is being very unreasonable and hot tempered about this situation.
