I purchased a secondhand watch from this store a few months agoAt the time of sale, I was told that all parts of the watch were authentic and originalHowever, when I had a jeweler look at it today, I discovered that the dial of the watch was not, in fact, original
In short, they misled me into purchasing something that was not what they claimed
We bought a Rolex watch on 12/ and wife's plan was to give it to me for Valentine's Day as a gift! The watch took a few days to process and the jeweler sent it Fedex Wife opened the package just to make sure that it was really a silver Rolex and then wrapped it up in gift wrap and put it away until Valentine's Day when she would give me the watch
She gave me the watch on Valentine's Day, and once I opened it and put it on, I immediately noticed that there were NUMEROUS issues with the watch! I gave the Rolex a thorough inspection and noticed that the watch was NOT in fact “flawless” as advertised!
The 1st thing was that the hands were white and the illuminated dots were brown! This made the appearance look funny and quite ugly! The watch didn’t matchThe watch face not matching is NOT what I was expecting OR what I was told we would be getting The watch was described as having white hands and white dots
The 2nd problem, and a VERY MAJOR problem is that the bezel of
BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought an expensive watch. The diamond fell out of the crown and took the watch in for repair to an authorized repair center for the brand of watch. Was told, crown had been doctored and not original. Sale was based on original parts.
