We bought a Rolex watch on 12/ and wife's plan was to give it to me for Valentine's Day as a gift! The watch took a few days to process and the jeweler sent it Fedex Wife opened the package just to make sure that it was really a silver Rolex and then wrapped it up in gift wrap and put it away until Valentine's Day when she would give me the watch She gave me the watch on Valentine's Day, and once I opened it and put it on, I immediately noticed that there were NUMEROUS issues with the watch! I gave the Rolex a thorough inspection and noticed that the watch was NOT in fact “flawless” as advertised! The 1st thing was that the hands were white and the illuminated dots were brown!
