After contacting *** online, I received a phone call on 8-3-17 from David Kibler who said he owns K3 Enterprises and would install shutters for me. He and one helper installed shutters on front of my home on 9-5-17 and was paid in full. Several days later one shutter fell off and another is crooked. I was finally able to contact Mr. Kibler again through ***. He seemed annoyed that he had to pay $12 to get my message. He agreed to return to my home and fix his work. He has not returned. I have tried many times to phone this company and always get only a busy signal.
I will be out there within the month of December and will not charge a service fee. If you need to speak with me, my phone number is .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
