To whom it may concern,First of all, I would like to apologize to [redacted] and her family for any inconveniences we may have cause her or her family The last thing we want, is to have someone trust in our company to do a replacement roof and we do not perform to there expectations We will continue to do everything in our power to correct the problem and to [redacted] ***'s satisfaction As of today, we have sent several people out to diagnose the problem We have tried several things in the past with the roof, with no success I sent out our best people today and have done some investigating and have determined the leak is coming from behind the flashing / siding on the chimney We temporarily fix the leak for the siding company, but it needs to be taken apart for a long term fix [redacted] has told us that [redacted] installed the siding and she was going to call them to see if they could come out and look at it [redacted] ***, indicated that the siding was still under warranty I also told [redacted] that when she has the siding company come back for a service call, to let me know and I will send out our project manager, who is very familiar with this case and will help explain the issues with the siding company If there is anything, we can do to further help [redacted] and her family, please let us know Customer service is the most important aspect of our business and will do any reasonable task to bring her problem to a close.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11696843, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me.  I know the holes in the chimney was cause during the roof replacement because we had NO prior roof leaks. I can say the company did respond somewhat quickly to all the calls I made about the leaks but, I don't feel we should have to pay anything to have the leak repaired. I do agree the siding is our responsibility and we will take care of that. I just want my roof fixed ASAP and I hope I don't have anymore roof issues.  This has been a horrible but learning experience for me & my family.
