Review: On 2/**I taken a dress in to have a zipper repaired and dry cleaned. The receipt had misspelled my name completely

And they wouldn't change it. 3 days later I went back to retrieve my dress and they said that it had to be sent

To another store because it couldn't be fixed at that location and to return in a few days.

A weeks time since I dropped the dress off they told me that it has not been fixed yet and that it was at

Another location and to come back the following day to pick it up.

Today 3/**/14 two weeks after I had dropped off the dress they informed me that they cannot locate the dress and to return the next day after 6pm to try and get the dress then.

No one seems to know where my dress went and they are not being helpful at all in locating it. They claim all work is done on the premises but yet ship out my dress to be fixed while there is a tailor who is sitting right in the storeDesired Settlement: I want them to refund the money it cost for the service once they find my dress.

If they do not locate my dress I want not only a refund for the work they did I want the money it cost me to buy the dress(74.99 plus tax) returned to me in cash with 0 hassle

I recently dropped off one short sleeve khaki shirt and one blue trouser military dress uniform at Quality Dry Cleaners. I asked them to please dry clean and press with military creases. I picked up my two articles of clothing today (4/30/2013) and noticed that the Creighton short sleeve shirt was double creased and there was a large portion where the material was flat had wrinkles in it. I kindly asked the [redacted] ([redacted] and [redacted]) if they could fix the issue. While the shirt was in the back getting re-pressed, I inspected the trousers which I noticed a large salt deposit still present on the right rear pant leg. When they returned with my shirt, I asked [redacted] if he could please re-dry clean the trousers, he promptly returned to the back with trousers in hand. While he was in the back cleaning the trousers, I re-inspected the khaki shirt and still noticed the military creases were double creased and that same flat area had wrinkles still in it. When [redacted] returned with the trousers with the issue fixed, I asked him if he would please fix the shirt since it wasnt fixed after he supposedly fixed it. He brought it back to his wife ([redacted]) and she told him that the shirt had these wrinkles in it and that it was double creased when I dropped it off for service. I am very particular about my uniforms and pay close attention to detail due to my upbringing in the Marine Corps. I explained to [redacted] that there were no double creases in the shirt and that they were placed on the shirt after me dropping it off to be cleaned and pressed. I also explained to [redacted] that these particular shirts retail about $50-60 and the shirt was now ruined. I had then asked him to refund the $15 that I had paid him for service and he said that he would not.Product_Or_Service: Dry clean and military press Desired SettlementThis Creighton khaki shirt retails about $50-60 and since Quality Dry Cleaners ruined the shirt, I am seeking a replacement. As you can see in the photos, there is clearly a double crease and it isn't a matter of me being too picky...Business' Final Response No one told this person that he was being too "picky", as previously stated we even reworkedhis articles of clothing several times before he departed the first day. He states that he submitted pictures of his shirt, so what does that prove? Also, how can you know it is even the same shirt, or perhaps he doctored it himself. We did all we could possibly do for this person and we will not cave in on our position.
