02/13/01:- Mediator called business and left message.02/20/12:- Oh yeah, that's my fault I had a hospital stay and I forgot to do a lot of things and returning his money was one of them I'll get that returned to him this week.02/27/11:- I'll get paid today and get his money in the mail afterwards He should have it by Friday.03/13/10:- Mediator called and left a message.03/13/12:- Mediator called and got answering machine again.03/13/01:- Mediator called and left message detailing that the consumer was going to seek legal action if not repaid within hours

02/13/01:- I never received my refund ($2500)I'm unable to return to work yet so I would like the refund returned as it would help my financial situation I would also accept him doing the agreed upon work for only the deposit and not the additional $since it's taken so long to resolve this.02/20/12:- That is good news, the money will come in handy I'll look for it to arrive this week and let you know when I receive it 02/27/11:- I have not yet received the refund in the mail 03/06/10:- Mediator called and left a message.03/13/10:- I have not received the refund and I'm tired of waiting Impress upon Mr [redacted] that he has hours from the time you notify him to place a check or money order in my hand or I'm taking him to court He has my address and I'm done waiting on him and playing nice I tried to be patient and nice and it hasn't got me anything so it's time to play mean and get lawyers involved if I'm not paid promptly 03/13/01:- Thanks for trying, he won't answer my calls either If he hasn't gotten me my refund by tomorrow I'll be pursuing legal action.03/20/10:- Mediator called and left a message.03/20/12:- I received a package on Monday that had post dated checks in it for $each The way he dated them I can cash them a week for the the next weeks which is annoying, but at least I got my money
