I had an insulated two car garage door and a new Liftmaster belt drive garage door lifter installed by Wilson Garage Door on 6/26/total price$The installation was very professional but the door control button was defectiveThe installers said that the service manager stated that there were several on order and zero available but would by the following week.I checked back the following week and was told that they were shipped and on the wayon another check same thing After days, I was told by the service manager that they were shipped on the 10th of July and the reason was they had to wait until they had several to order so that they could get a better price which indicated that everything I had been told before was absolutely false.So I the customer, had to wait with a defective part so that the company could save a few dollarsThis was very disappointing as I thought Wilson Door was better than this and and all for a $part
I would like to say how pleased I am with a recent garage door installation (5/17/16). The two gentlemen (Robbie and Jessie) were great. They were friendly, professional, and most of all QUICK and ON TIME! They made sure, before they left, to answer all my questions and offered me the option to call if I had any other questions. They were great.
