TEST PROCEDURES LAID OUT IN THE BAR'S SMOG CHECK INSPECTION MANUAL. HER VEHICLE FAILED THE SMOG TEST DUE TO ISSUSE'S I HAD NO CONTROL OVER. HER HUSBAND CAME INTO MY SHOP LATER DEMANDING A REFUND AND I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I PERFORMED THE SMOG TEST ON HIS WIFES VEHICLE AS OUTLINED IN THE SMOG CHECK MANUAL. EVIDENTLY HE WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH MY EXPLANATION. I INFORMED MRS.
