As stated in the previous reply we have received the ticket from [redacted] on Monday, 23:(May, 04) but there was no screenshot attachedWe need to seethe screenshot of the profile if there is possibility to find emails profilecan be underSince we were not provided with any information regarding profile details and there was no profile under the email [redacted] was writing from we requested for additional informationWhat is more, we are not able to delete profiles of our members upon requests of third-parties as members profiles is a private information and we need to makesure you are a relative to the memberThus, in order to check the information upon your request we need to see the link to the profile, the email it can be registered under or the screenshot of the profile with your daughter’s information on it that was found by her friend For now you have not provided any of that information and we are not able to check it

If her friends are registered on Meetville and have seen that account they can report on it and our moderators will check it and delete.We are eager to help [redacted] have all her information removed from Meetville but we need to know under what email the profile is registered so we could find it in our database and deleteThere are no emails provided upon our request that’s why we cannot check any information regarding the profile

Kindly take a note that the app does not provide an opportunity to cancel the subscription auto renewal within the appAs mentioned in order to cancel you need to log in to your personal Google account: Open the Google Play Store -> Tap Menu -> Account -> Subscriptions -> Find the subscription you want to cancel -> Tap CancelPlease specify at what step do you face the problem? The spam was regarding other users posing as people they were not and attempting to redirect me and others to their personal website.When I contacted your support back in mid January, to inform you of the problem and request to cancel/receive a refund, I stated the links to cancel were not working and that I wanted a refund.At the very least, if you don't offer refunds, I will accept no refund for January but the new charge as of 2-8-17, needs to be refundedClearly when I advise of these problems and state I want to cancel in mid January, I don't want to renew and be charged again in February Your "contact us" link on your site clearly doesn't allow you to actually submit your message for a obvious reason

Dear [redacted],My complaint #[redacted]Thank you for returning my call.Per your request, I have attached the screen shot from my daughters profile on Meetville.com. It was taken by a friend of her friend on May 4th 2015.Meetville not only ignored the request to delete the profile from their website, but they evaded to answer the question as to whether it was them (Meetville) or someone else who posted such profile. Instead they are requesting information from us, information that it is obviously impossible to provide because we do not know what email address that was used to create the profile or who fabricated the profile.  If Meetville would practice at least the minimum ethical standards, it should be on their best interest to delete the profile immediately and find out who is posting illegal profiles on their website. It is beyond our understanding as to why they are obstructing and putting off the action of deleting the profile when they already know that such profile is a fabrication.  Again, our demands are the following:1. DELETE MY DAUGHTER’S PROFILE IMMEDIATELY AND EXPLAIN WHY AND HOW THEY POSTED AN UNAUTHORIZED PROFILE  AND ANSWER TO THE LEGAL COSEQUENCES.2. EXTEND A WRITTEN APOLOGY TO MY DAUGHTER ROCIO [redacted]3. EXTEND A WRITTEN "APOLOGY FOR THE WRONGDOING OR MISTAKE" IN PLACE OF THE DELETED PROFILE ON MEETVILLE WEBSITE IN ORDER TO CLEAR HER STATUS ONLINE.4. IF MEETVILLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS WRONDOING WE NEED THEM TO FULLY COOPERATE WITH US AND AUTHORITIES TO FIND THE PERPETRATOR AND BRING HIM/HER TO JUSTICE.They have not met ANY of our requests.Posting a person’s dating profile without her consent is a serious offense that should be addressed and resolved immediately in order to avoid further damage to such person’s image.We have been investigating Meetville on different sources and there are a multiple complaints and reviews about Meetville posting  fabricated profiles without the individual’s permission.  I do not find similar complaints about other reputable dating websites.  I would appreciate if the Revdex.com would apply utmost scrutiny of a business like Meetville in order to protect the consumers.I appreciate your assistance.
