This is the second communication I've had to do regarding the above ID numberThe first was a phone call I made to a woman who was at best very rude to meShe said she would pass along the information; I guess that didn't happen. There was a time 3-years ago that I had a fence company called "Quality Fence and Deck"I had registered a DBA with the Missouri Secretary of StateIn March of I went to work for another company and let the DBA registration expire. In the first letter it stated that the owner of Quality Fence, as mayor of Silex, had sent the Silex police to the claimant's home.I would think that would place his mailing address in Silex, not Eolia.My name is *** *** and I've never done work for or at the claimant's homeYou may continue sending me these bothersome letters and you'll get no more responses from me as I have no liability as Quality Fence in this or any other matter that involves Quality Fence.Regards,-- *** *** **

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Not in a thousand years would your offer to repair or replace what you put in my yard. I no longer trust you or your company since we had discussed at length that the fence was to be duplicated. There is not the slightest comparison in what you put up and, after the fact, ***, your representative said it could not be done...that it was not made any longer...that is the Tongue and Groove and chamfered posts. I have since had your fence torn down and replaced by another company that most certainly said the Tongue and Groove was still made as well as the chamfered posts. Your offer of a $repair job after I gave you $2,is ridiculous. I want a reimbursement for a company that did what it said and does not lie to me and put up a fence of warped boards, splintered boards, and split boards by your nailing due to the poof quality and workmanship. I also do not want a half painted fence on the back since you assumed I would never be back there to see it. And it was the wrong color as wellDisgracefulSincerely,*** ***
