I went through Thumbtack and received a half a dozen responses from fencing companies to consider to hire for a fence installation Most were terrible at returning my calls One didn't read my request on what I was looking for, so turned me down, when they had the materials I was looking for, if they just took time to read my brief response of what I was looking forThe company that blew the others out of the water, was Tenoch with Quality Fencing In April, I contacted him to get information on a fence installationFrom the time that he was contacted until the last board of the fence was nailed, he and his crew were so responsive, professional and went above and beyond I came to Tenoch looking for alot of options, prices, requesting samples of vinyl etcTenoch always returned my calls timely, and answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of ideas and options to think aboutMost importantly, he gave me the time I needed to make a decision without high pressuring me into somethingBefore they even started the new fence, Tenoch and his crew went above and beyond by taking out the old fence, and cut a tree that needed to be trimmed in order to accommodate the new fence I assumed that was our responsibility, so again, I was impressedTenoch also touched base with me on a regular basis, so I understood what the next step was, when his crew would show up and how long it would takeIt was obvious to me, I was dealing with a top notch fencing company, that cares about great customer services, which is so hard to find these daysTenoch yet again, exceeded our expectations and over delivered with having our fence up a week before expectedHis crew was so professional and took pride in their work and often asked for my feedbackThe end result, was nothing less than top quality materials, installation and most importantly amazing customer service through it all I have spread the word to family, friends and co-works that this company is amazing, if you are looking for a fence to be installed It's very clear that they take pride in their work and know how to run a successful business!

Review: Company was hired to install a fence on my property. He showed up late the first day. Got into a verbal altercation with my husband after he was told about using profanity on the job site. He called me and told me that he was not a punk a** b[redacted] and could make a call and have someone there to cause harm to my husband. I attempted to smooth things over and asked that he apologize HE DID NOT...The work done on day one had to be pulled because his worker installed the pickets crooked and set post in the wrong spots. I supplied ALL material so the post that had to be cut down cost me. I complained about the work, the lack of professionalism and the unreliability to Mr. Martinez on 3 separate occasions. He showed up on day 3 (after not showing up for 2 days) rude and upset he had to do rework. I reminded him I took off work and he failed to show up so not only is he costing me material but now time off work. He stayed 1 1/2 hours and said he would be back on Monday the 28th!! At that point I had had enough. I contacted him about canceling the job and he told me he was not dealing with it and to have a good night. After multiple text messages he says that there is a 20% cancellation fee I explained that his contract does not have a cancellation fee nor had he mentioned this when I attempted to cancel the job 2 times before. He then says he will charge me $100 per every hour!! He took my entire $650 deposit with the exception of $20 he offered to mail me. I paid for ALL material he was not out of pocket for anything and he wasted the material he used. I have to hire a new contractor to cut down and reset his work and he wants to take more money from me? When I told him I would make sure that future customers know about his work ethic he threatened my husband again to me says if you write a bad review I will report your husband to the police. He is trying to blackmail me into not disclosing what a unprofessional, disrespectful, fraud he is!!Desired Settlement: Refund of deposit

I hired this business and he stated he would be at my house on certain dates and times and be a no call/no show.
Finally after 5 days he finally finished.
I posted a bad review against him and he threatened to sue me on many occasions. He even sent a letter in an attempt to make it look like a legally binding document but it had no lawyer contact info, it was not served to me and only contained his contact information.
He was very unprofessional and very hard to deal with. He also was threatened to sue me knowing full well I was in treatment for ptsd, but still persisted anyways in threatening to sue me.

Review: Quality Fencing Co., AKA: R.W. Fencing Co., AKA: Fencing by [redacted], AKA: R.D. Fencing Co., Phone # to All; [redacted]. Said he'd show up next day & kept calling saying he'd show up the next day. Said he'd be here on Thursday the 25th of September but didn't show up till Wednesday the 1st of October. Showed up almost 5 days later. Said he'd beat any competitors price which he didn't. Told him I wanted holes and gates in chain link fence repaired so little dogs wouldn't get out. Dogs STILL got out! Looked at itemized bill and was charged $100.00 more because he didn't know how to subtract. Es[redacted]ate was $880.00 then said it'll be $175.00 more. I know the written es[redacted]ate isn't supposed to be more than 10% more of the es[redacted]ate. Said he"d be here Monday Nov. 3rd called HIM said he'd be here Friday Nov. 7th. No show!Desired Settlement: Refund of $350.00 so I can get someone else to finish the job. The gates are already sagging & scraping the ground. I know he/they are not a member of your establishment (B.B.B.) but I should have checked with you first. I definitely will check with you from now on! I don't know if you can help me or not but at least maybe you can keep some other poor sole from getting ripped off! The name of this company is Quality Fencing only. Customer says that he was happy with the price of the job, then he started to put add ons to the job, which ups the price. He was also fine with the [redacted]es that we showed up due to weather situations.

As far as the $100.00 extra dollars, he decided that one of his add ons was to paint toprail on left side of his house. So, he got charged $100.00 dollars more.

The driveway had a deep drain for rain, which was not included in the job, and that's why the dogs keep getting out. We told him we would fix that job as well, but that would cost more.

We were told to fix holes in the right side of they fense, also in the back. He said that was all he needed done. There are no necessary refunds. This complaintive is the only that we have had.

I looked up 3 Fencing Companies to get an estimate from each. So called "Quality Fencing" was the last I called. W.W. told me "I will give you the BEST price so you don't need any other estimates." I called the other two & told them not to come (Which was a BIG MISTAKE!)W.W. came the next day. I showed the holes I needed fixed and the front & rear gates replaced so the Lady's little dogs wouldn't get out. He gave me an estimate of $830.00 which I thought was a little high but if he would do the work I asked it would be okay. Then he called & said for $50.00 more he'd use vinyl fencing on the front gates. I agreed to that. The next day it rained (& the ONLY DAY it did.) I called him the next day & of course he said he'd be there the next day (if it wasn't raining) so I drove from my house (near [redacted]) to [redacted] (15 miles) & waited. Wasted my gas, wear & tear on my vehicle & my time, 5, THAT'S "FIVE" TIMES FOR A NO SHOW!!! (I'd say it"s maybe 4 or 5 miles from his house to [redacted]) Then W.W. said he'd come that Friday same time, AGAIN, NO SHOW! I CALLED HIM again. Got answering machine. Left several messages! He called back & said "be there Monday" and of course again NO SHOW!!! He called a few days later & gave excuses for the delays. 1st time "I Was out of town & didn't get in till late" 2nd "I had to attend a funeral" 3rd "my wife collapsed & had to take her to emergency room" etc.,etc.,etc. When he DID actually show up he had to have $400.00 down. Cash ONLY no checks!! Then he needed a $100.00 or so to take "his crew" to lunch??? Anyway I gave him $200.00. Then he said "it'll be a charge of $175.00 more to straighten & plumb the front fence line! It' right here on the receipt (in his writing) "Strighten Front line & plumb Terminals" I don't know where (or if) he learned math but on my receipt I have in front of me he has $655.00 - $200.00 = $555.00. That is the $100.00 I wanted back!!! At first he agreed. When he was at the ladies house working he said "if you go to [redacted] & get some spray paint I'll paint that top rail on the right side of the house. I will reimburse you" Which he DID NOT!! (No EXTRA COST was discussed)!! Then after that later he came up with "what you call the extra $100.00 was for painting the fence"!!! ???? Question; If Quality Fencing is the ONLY name it's ever been how come all the names I gave you had the SAME ADDRESS and THE SAME PHONE NUMBER?? I don't know much else to say except if I anyone in the Valley needs any fence work done,"DON'T CALL QUALITY FENCING!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OF!"

$100 was for painting the top rail. You offered to buy the paint and I said you could deduct the cost from the final bill, but you did not.Before you paid, we asked if the job looked OK. You stated you were completely satisfied, then you paid us in full. As far as the other items you mentioned, we have already discussed them. We have done everything you asked.If you're still not happy, take me to court.

You said you would reeimberse me, NOTHING WAS MENTIONED about deducting it from the total cost!!Second: At NO TIME did I say "I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED" To make it short, I asked you to do a job, (so the Ladies Dogs wouldn't get out) you DID NOT do the job, So YES!! I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT!!

Then if you make up all this fictitious BS you will be committing PERJURY!!
