Quality First Home Care

! I have witnessed her refuse to give former caregivers payroll documents requested just to be spiteful and also seen a former employee come to the office about not getting paid! She processes payroll just to dispute why other are getting paid more than her!

We have been using Quality First Home Care for over a year with an established contract identifying specific times and services required. Our experience to date is that the control of the aids on the Private Duty side is close to non-existent. On several instances when we were expecting services, no one showed up and we had to call the main office to find out why. If we had been gone, my in-laws (94 &86) who live with us would have been without the care we had contracted for. I have been in contact with Management but it doesn't seem to have made any significant difference in the control of the aids. Out of site - out of mind. There are some superior aids working for this company, but it's a hit or miss situation.
