[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As Kingsway have stated they are under the same roofIf they are indeed seperate I would suggest Kim L [redacted] not use Kingsway signage for her rentalsAs this has made this confusing for parties involved.Due to Kim L [redacted] s inability to handle this in a timely or responsible mannerMe and my family are now moving out due to health concerns We feel this could have been handled more professionally by Kim L [redacted] Also I had to recently stop a check for the rent of May due to is being lost??? At a $cost to us.The failure is on Kim L [redacted] and Quality First Rental for not sending a mold remediation crew out to handle thisAlso her failure to offer any type of compensation for lost and or damaged propertyAbove is pictures of a never inspected fire extinguisher from Not safe for a family to use an outdated fire extinguisherWe have recently given Kim L [redacted] a letter stating our family vacating the property as of May 31, 2016This has come to an enormous cost to me and my wife.We request the Revdex.com's help for compensation regarding this matter Regards, [redacted] Ii

Quality First Rentals is the property management company that handles the rental at the above referenced addressWe are the rental division of Kingsway RealtyI (Kim L [redacted] ) manage the property at this address and moved the Current tenant into this address as of 3/15/We received a call late December from the tenant that the apartment had a moisture problem and needed addressedWe sent the maintenance department out to determine what was needed and suggestions were made for ceiling fans and exhaust hood on stove and dehumidifierAfter a discussion with the owner he decided that we start with a dehumidifierThis was delivered in January (see attached invoice) and heard nothing to date till a letter was received with April rent check.After receiving the letter set up an appointment to meet with both tenants on 4/11/at 9:a.mUpon arriving asked them to show The their concerns, and the husband stated that he would not discuss the issues with me and was to address his wife and not talk to himShe showed me the mildew on bathroom wallShe showed me the top of the refrigerator with a thick layer of dirtShe showed me the one bedroom curtain which had mildew on inside panel from condensation the widow produced this winterThere were no windows with condensation at inspection but it is now AprilShe showed me the inside cupboard in kitchen cabinet which are metal cabinets and it has rustedThe husband then flipped over the couch and undid the fabric on the bottom and showed me mildewWhile reviewing the apartment noticed the dehumidifier sitting in the corner of the bedroom not plugged in or operatingI asked the wife why it was not being run and she stated she did not like the dry air that it produced, asked if ceiling fans were installed would they run them, and she responded that she did not like fans runningThey could not show me any walls except for the bathroom that had any form of mildew or condensationThey showed no other furniture with any issues or clothingThe final determination was to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom which will be done on 4/25/at 7:a.mThe owner also has a garage below the apartment and was willing to wire the dehumidifier to his electric and drain it into the shop area so the tenant would not have to pay the additional electric or be bothered with draining the unitThe tenant does not want the dehumidifier to be running or fans to be runningThe building is a cinder block building with four apartments and a garage and all have this issueThe dehumidifier has resolved the issue for all the other tenants but needs to be used to alleviate the issues

We sent the maintenance department out to determine what was needed and suggestions were made for ceiling fans and exhaust hood on stove and dehumidifier. After a discussion with the owner he decided that we start with a dehumidifier. This was delivered in January 2016 (see attached invoice) and heard nothing to date till a letter was received with April 2016 rent check.After receiving the letter set up an appointment to meet with both tenants on 4/11/16 at 9:00 a.m. Upon arriving asked them to show The their concerns, and the husband stated that he would not discuss the issues with me and was to address his wife and not talk to him. She showed me the mildew on bathroom wall. She showed me the top of the refrigerator with a thick layer of dirt. She showed me the one bedroom curtain which had mildew on inside panel from condensation the widow produced this winter. There were no windows with condensation at inspection but it is now April.
