Do not pay this company until the job is complete They installed a garage storage unit (nice job, good quality) but ran out of material for the last shelf The installer was to bring it that evening! It's been weeks, phones (only one call was returned) and nothing since I paid by check, in full, after installation MY MISTAKE

After looking at different companies to purchase storage cabinets for our garage we selected cabinets from Quality 1st Cabinets in PhoenixIt was a very good experienceWe made our decision on January and they were placed on orderWe got a call on February to set up the installation on February between & AMOn February we got a call to confirm the time for the next day

I purchased some garage cabinets from Quality First after a prompt response from the salesman. Samples were shown for the product and due to the texture of the samples it appeared that there was a formica type of veneer on the surface. After a few months of use, the veneer started to peel off on the corner of one of the doors. After a couple of months of calls to request repair of the door and repeatedly being told that when they have someone in the area, they would call and schedule an appointment. When I told them that this should be handled soon without further excuses, they advised me that I would be charged for the repair of the door because it was close to the garage door and the damage was probably done due to the sun. Come to find out that the veneer is only a plastic film glued to pressboard. The sales person, even though it is in small print in the contract, should have mentioned that being in the area close to the garage door the possibility of peeling may occur. I am totally disappointed by the response and delays from the company and the QUALITY of this product. Garage cabinets should be made for conditions in a garage but I was told that the doors should be closed at all times. The name of this company should be "Quality Last".

Had them install 20ft. If cabinets including work station. 2weeks after install, I grabbed the drawer handle and face of drawer separated from drawer frame. Called them on a Friday, she told me it was covered under warranty and would call me Monday to set up appointment for repairs. No call ever. Now when I call them I can't get an answere. Left numerous messages. No call back. Cheap made cabinets and no customer service. Call a different company.

On February 10 we got a call to confirm the time for the next day.

The installer arrived at 9:45 AM and began the installation. He was very pleasant and diligent in his work. By 3:30 he was finished. He cleaned the area as well as the cabinets. They look extremely professional and greatly adds to our value of the house as well as having convenient storage. We are very pleased with the quality as well as the employees at the company. We would highly recommend Quality 1st Cabinets if you are looking for some garage or other storage.
