I took my laptop computer to PC Quest for a clean upThe computer was running slow and not connecting to the server
What I didn't expect to see when I got my computer back a, week later, Most of my programs were deleted printer driver, Google Nikon camera's, fire wall, malware etcseveral very difficult days, searching on the internet to download the needed software to enable me to utilize my computer to it's full capacity
The tech person was rude beyond my expectations.I was not told up front it would cost more to to re install the software they downloaded into their hard driveBottom line I was very un impressed with the service and I did not appreciate the fact they do not have any anti virus download products or options outside of AvastThey push Avast like it's the only product availableIt would have been nice if they would have told me about possible options for anti virus before they wiped out the anti virus too?
