This is in regards to a customer that has filed a complaint, *** ***/Customer came in July 7, and purchased an Eastern King bed and night standsTotal purchase price for the bed was $Bed was delivered to customer on July 2E2017, as they stated information stating
problem occurred on the 24th? Merchandise could not have had an issue on the 24th if merchandise was never delivered on the 24thI have proof of delivery date with customer-signing for merchandise that it was received in new conditionOn or about end of August customer called in and stated the bed rails have brokeCustomer never purchased Insurance or WarrantyManufacturer warranty gives days for bed to be replacedIt was after the 30' day, customer called in to state the issue with bedCustomer had no warranty, but the store manager, let the customer know we will replace it with a new rail out of our cast to make the customer happyCustomer than tells the manager ***, 'to make sure its steady enough so they can have monkey business." *** than lets customer know, that he has sold them a heavy duty bed and will make sure when the delivery men go and replace the bed they secure it very well*** let customer know that Quality Furniture will pay for the repair but next time they will have to payCustomer agreedDelivery drivers went and put a new bed and was re enforced it_ A few days I believe after that customer called in and *** told him he can't replace it unless he pays for it*** told them that it is a heavy duty bed and secured it extra

On Sep 5, *** Davis came in to Quality Furniture with her daughter *** *** *** purchased a dinette table set cost of $*** wanted to be financed so she can purchase the bed set, so I tried to finance her and she was approved with American First Finance for the
total balanceAmerican First finance requires a 10% down payment, which *** knew about, in order to process her transactionI specifically told her that they will take 10% from her card that will go towards her purchase*** agreed and signed for itI than told her, if she has any questions with her financing she can directly call the Financing company, because we do not take payments hereI gave her there phone number and she was happyOn top of all that I also gave her a free gift for her purchaseWhat ever American First finance charges her, she can directly contact them since she is financed with them, we are just the the retailerJust as in any retailer if you get financed with, you directly go to the financing company with any issuesThank you, as for quality furniture we did our part in making sure the customer received what she ordered and was satisfied, if she is not satisfied with the financing company for doing their job as they helped her get financed than she should contact themThank you

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, the first time that the bed broke, it was not our faultIt was the fault of Quality Furniture because the delivery guys did not set it up correctly as they were missing the main middle support part of the bedThis support missing was the reason why the bed broke that same night we slept on itThe bed broke on July 27th at 4AM, so we were not able to sleep on the bed for the rest of the nightAs the pictures I attached prove that the middle support is missing and it shows the date the pictures were takenAs soon as the store opened that day it broke, we went to Quality FurnitureWe spoke to ***, which was the *** *** of Quality Furniture*** saw the pictures and agreed that the delivery guys had missed a part on the bed, so he apologized and put the order in for a new bed frame and he said that it would be ready, delivered, and set up in three daysThree days later, the delivery guys came, but they did not bring the whole bed set as *** had promisedThey only brought the side rails that had broke and the middle support that they had not brought the first timeThey set it up and we asked if they had made sure everything was set up correctly and they assured us that it was all good and sturdyAlthough we were not satisfied that they did not bring a whole new bed set as they had promised, we agreed to keep the old frame, which was the headboard and footboardAfter this, we were able to sleep on the bed for about five days, and it broke againAt this point we were livid that it had occurred again because we purchased a "high quality" $1,bed frame that continued to breakWe went to Quality furniture again that same day when they opened, and we spoke to *** again*** was also frustrated because the bed had broke again and he assured us that he would put in another order for another bedAt this point, we did not want the same bed because we were afraid that it would break againWe told *** that we did not want it to break again, so of there was any way that he could exchange the bed for a different one, to avoid it breaking againHe said that what he could do was order the same bed, but make sure that he put extra support on it, so we wouldn't have the same problem once againHe said he would order the complete bed set and replace the full thing, not just the pieces that brokeHe then went on to apologize for everything and gave us a free rug to apologize for any inconvenience, which we still have brand new with tagsKeep in mind, we still had not discussed or spoke with *** or anyone else besides *** about our issue with the bed breakingA couple of days later, we called to follow up on the order, but the secretaries denied that there was an order put in and that they would have to reorder it againOnce again we called a few days later and again we were told no order was put inWe asked if we could speak to *** every time we called, but the secretary told us he was on vacationWe continued calling for a whole month and they continued to give us the run around saying the bed was on back orderAll of a sudden, *** calls me and tells me that *** is no longer working there, so whatever he had told us, was out of the pictureWe explained to him the situation and he told us he was familiar with what had been going on and he then went on to insinuate that we had purposely broke the bedYeah, because we wanted to sleep on the floor for a month right??? I then, told him that if he wouldn't fix this problem, I would be contacting the Revdex.comHe then said he was able to help us with the problem and that he would have the guys come check it out and see what they needed to fixA couple days after this, we called him back because he did not get in contact with me about who was going to be coming to fix the bedHe then told us to take all the broken pieces back and that he would reorder these pieces for usAt this point, we had given up because we are not responsible for taking the furniture back, that's his responsibilityThat is when I contacted the Revdex.comWe have been without a bed for three months now and we shouldn't have to be sleeping on the floor, we paid a good amount of money for a good bed and we have not slept on it for more than a weekThe only reason we have been without a bed for so long is because for this whole period of time, we have been getting the run aroundWe have all the call logs which prove we made numerous calls and they did not answer or call backWhen the bed broke the second time, it was on August 5th, which is still under the day periodEven if we didn't have warranty, that had to get fixed, but the furniture place gave us the run around, to get away with replacing itBelow I have attached pictures of when the bed broke with dates on them showing that it was broken under the day periodI also have pictures of text messages between myself and the secretary in charge of resolving this issue, it shows her giving me the run aroundYou can also see that *** is lying because we never spoke to him until he called us after it had already broken the second timeIf your goal was to please the customer, this issue would have been resolved and other customers wouldn't be leaving bad reviews on your site

Dear customer, warranty was never purchased, quality furniture payed for your bed to be fixed to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied, I am sorry but there is nothing more that we can do. We have replaced the bed out of our cost and specifically told you guys, if this happens again, we will not fix this. Customer agreed. Also, all information we have stated was true. I have all documents showing date of delivery as my date was correct. Any warranty from our manufacturers only covers 30 days, we covered it out of our expense, also any warranty purchased, it would have been in your invoice, and you would have had to purchase that and it would have been documented. I apologize for your behalf, but as for quality furniture , we go above and beyond for our customers. Thank you

BEFORE WE DELIVERED ALL MERCHANDISE, YOU WERE AWARE OF THE CHEST...

BEING ON BACK ORDER AND YOU WERE OK WITH THAT, NORMALLY ALL ORDERS WE LET OUR CUSTOMERS KNOW TAKES 4-6, WEEKS YOU PURCHASED ON 3/17/2018 AND HAD EVERYTHING DELIVERED ON 3/31/2018 , WE PUT A RUSH ON THE ORDER BECAUSE YOU NEEDED IT, SO WE ACCOMMODATED THAT FOR YOU.. THE NIGHTSTAND IS HERE AND AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY, I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBERS WE HAVE ON FILE, PLEASE GIVE THE STORE A CALL TO ARRANGE FOR DELIVERY FOR YOUR NIGHTSTAND, AS FOR THE CHEST IT WILL BE BACK IN STOCK IN JUNE..AS A COURTESY .WE ACTUALLY EVEN LET U RETURN THE TV STAND THAT U DIDN'T WANT WITH OUT EVEN CHARGING YOU THE RESTOCKING FEE.THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESSMANAGEMENT

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12803144, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The receptionist said that it was not fair that I file complaints against them. I call on 5/8/18 asking them to deliver before noon but she brought up about me file compliant against them. They will not accommodate my request if I don't cancel my complaint. When I receive my items, I will cancel the complaint. The receptionist also told me that, she will have the manager or owner give me a call & still waiting for them to call. I promise I will NEVER go buy NOTHING from them again. They shouldn't promise what they cannot keep.Thank you for your help and time..once I get my chest & night stand I will cancel the complaint.
