I was contacted by the REAL owner and my monies were returned. It seems that an employee had stole my item and sold it to another person. [redacted] is an upstanding person and his company should not be hindered by this complaint. Sincerely,[redacted]

I ordered a transmission for a 2010 VW GTI with QUALITY GERMAN AUTO RECYCLING and paid for it more than 4 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered to the shop that would install it about 3 weeks ago, but they never got it. I was calling about 20 times since then, but can't get ahold of anyone and constantly get transferred to voice mail, but the voice mail is full. I was asking to get an invoice before they charge my credit card, but they did not fax an invoice and charged my card right away. I'm out $1,150 and have to order another transmission somewhere else.

this is a long letter. I purchased and this company took payment on 4/6/2016 of $400.00 dollars for a bumper cover for a 2005 E320 bumper cover, to be shipped to [redacted]. I called a week later to find out where the part was at. I called waited on hold for 22 minutes, then was told I had to leave my phone number and they would call back, no call that day. So I called the next day, waited on hold 28 minutes, again told that the [redacted] was on another call and to take my number and he would call back. 4 hours later, not receiving a call from them I called. again I was on hold for over 20 minutes then finally told that the bumper was in Texas and that this [redacted] would call them and get a fed ex label to them to overnight the part. he also said that he would call the next day to confirm the specifics. That is today. I called this morning, again waited 28 minutes on the phone for a [redacted] to sort out this issue. But no [redacted] and I hung up. apx an hour later I called again same stuff, can I place you on hold? what other choice do I have, sure, 48 minutes later a familiar voice asked if I am helped, I say no I was waiting on hold for him. I again ask about my bumper he has to check with someone. then back to waiting, at a total time of 1 hour and 20 minutes I hang up again. I call back and now ask for my money back. Same voice that has said he was the [redacted] says he has to contact someone, I asked again where is my bumper cover, he responds I can t help you I [redacted]'t know. but he will pass my request for my money back to someone, I ask who who he says the guys name is [redacted].

I am so upset that this is how they treat people, let alone the fact that this borders on FRAUD, and conducting business over state lines I think is still a federal offense.

Please contact them and get this straightened out. I [redacted]'t need the money back I need the A 1 Black Bumper cover complete with the grills, delivered to my address.Desired Settlement: I am now sure that they just took my monies. the part I need they do not have, but I would be shocked if they did. I would really like the part but if they do not own it then cash

Review: My sister went in and purchased a transmission fluid pan for a 2007 [redacted]. The cashier made her pay for the product first. When asked to view the product before purchase they declined to let her see it. She went forward with the transaction and paid as requested. When they brought the product out, they had it wrapped up so that she still would not be able to see it. When she requested to see the product, and have them unwrap it, they refused. She took the part directly to her mechanic and when her mechanic unwrapped the product to install it, they advised her that the pan that they sold her was damaged and that he could not even work with it because it was badly damaged. When she called QUALITY GERMAN AUTO RECYCLING to advise them that they sold her a damaged product, they told her that they will not refund her. They advised her that they will give her store credit. This business has lost all credibility. They refused to refund her all her money, $81.00. When asked to speak with management they refused to give the name of the manager and refused to get him on the line. They sold her damaged goods.Desired Settlement: The settlement that is being requested is a full refund. nothing more nothing less. And they can take back their damaged transmission pan.
