I am rejecting this response because:
On 9/2/16, the president of [redacted] responded to the Revdex.com that they would refund the cost of the door to Quality Glass. As of yet, Quality Glass has not responded to us for a refund. The President's response is listed below.Contact Name and Title: [redacted] - PresidentContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]We received a video from Quality Glass referencing a door that leaked. I have never received any letter in regard to this shower or this complaint. I assume the video is for the [redacted] residence but I can't confirm this a 100%. We were not given homeowners name. In the video the complaint was it leaked when the door was opened or closed. We looked at video and confirmed with Quality this was the issue. We talked with Doyle and he also confirmed this was the complaint. We cannot control water dripping off door and glass onto floor when opened or closed. Any water that is on glass or metal could drip off from movement of door opening and closing. It usually not a lot of water but you could still have some that drips onto floor. We can control water leakage when door is closed and shower is on. Their is some exceptions with water leakage when held shower heads or shower blasters are in use. If their is another problem please let me know and we can address. In regard to restitution we will refund Quality Glass their purchase price from Splendor. We do not want an unsatisfied customer. The homeowner will have to work with quality for full refund and the takedown of the unit. I can make a call to Quality if that helps the home owner.[redacted]
