Review: Quality Ground Solutions contracted to repair a sewer line running under my driveway and then pour a new drive and walkway 7/22/11. This was done and the product seemed satisfactory until this spring when the concrete began to break down in two areas of the driveway. In approximately mid March, 2014 I contacted [redacted] the owner and he came out and inspected it and indicated that he had subcontracted that part out since it wasn't his core business, but he would check with some people and come back with a solution. We discussed the fact I had not used any chemicals on the drive in the areas showing the problem, and had in fact applied a standard concrete sealer the summer of 2013. After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything, I tried to call and had to leave a message. At that point I began to have trouble reaching [redacted] and getting any response. After trying for several days [redacted] called back and indicated that he was still researching a good solution. Again I didn't hear back and on 4/16/14 we began trying repeatedly to call him and leaving messages, when his voice mail was not full. After a message left on 5/16 I again spoke to [redacted] and indicated that the surface was getting worse and we needed to do something. Again he promised he had a thought that may involve a top coating of the drive, but was still trying to see if there was a better approach. I stressed the surface was getting worse. Again things went silent. I started again calling on 6/11 and got a v/m on 7/1/14 that he was still looking for solutions. I was on vacation and tried to call again today 7/18 and left another message indicating I needed immediate action. I also sent an email and received a call from their office indicating that it had been over a year and that is all concrete is usually guaranteed for. I disagreed and she said she would come by and look at the damage on the 19th or 21st and get back to me. Since she indicated they were not experts I asked that they get someone who was. I've not heard back yet again.Desired Settlement: I want the drivway surface fixed and sealed to prevent futher deterioration, or if it was in fact, a bad batch of concrete, then it needs to be replaced.
