everyone is charged for 2 but at different rates for each. The Job ran over the 1,000. dollars and we honored the Max on the estimate and billed the !,000.
As for the shovel, My crew didn't have a shovel with them that day because the ditches were suppose to be done. They did have to Clean the ditches and used the customers shovel to do so. they may have straightened the dent in the shovel ( I don't know).
We did the required work and honored our estimate. I don't understand the complaint. We are not Refunding As there should be no reason to.

heat pump was having high torque lock out alarm , there was one attempt to correct problem unit charge was checked and alarm reset .owner was asked to call if they had any other problem we received no further calls tell complaint was issued upon notice of complaint we called carrier on problem...

carrier sent new expansion valve it was replace ,code was reset owner has been asked to call if any farther problems ,we cant fix a issue if we don't know there having one.
