Quality Heating & Sheet Metal Company's position and statement on the complaint filedby [redacted] is stated below in the letter dated November 7,2014. Ourtechnician tried to make contact at both numbers and when he could not make contacthe was dispatched on to another call. Quality Heating's warranty responsibility for laboron this furnace install ran out on April 26th, 2011. The furnace still has a parts onlywarranty from the manufacture, [redacted] Heating and Air Conditioning, that is valid untilApril 26th, 2016. The consumer should call Auer Steel and Heating Supply Company,the distributor for [redacted] product in Southeast Wisconsin to get the names of severalheating dealers in the area that they could call to service the equipment. Any laborwould be the responsibility of the homeowner but any parts in the [redacted] furnace thathave failed would be covered under the manufactures parts only warranty that expireson April 26th , 2016.

 The statements are false!! Quality Heating never ccalled during or after the time frame scheduled. As I stated before, myself andmy husband were home awaiting the calk and arrival. Im sure phone records will show that there was no attempt to call and also I never stated that I would not pay for any billable charges. When I called back Monday to find out why no one called nor showed, Quality Heating stated that they called(false) and I then stated that the technician never called and I asked if any accommodation s can be given because of the"no call no show".Also during the initial scheduling, we made updates to contact information and gave new ctotact information. I also sstated that the ###-###-#### was No longer in service. The lady made corrections as well as repeated what we had discussed to confirm.Quality Heating was very rude, and non willing to resolve the matter that Ifeel fell on them for not keeping our sscheduled appointment and calling to

On Thursday October 31st. 2014 we received a call for service from Ms. [redacted] for awater leak at the furnace. Quality Heating had installed the furnace on April 26th , 2010.The [redacted] furnace that was installed came with a one year labor warranty from QualityHeating that lapsed on April 26th,...

2011. The unit is also covered by a factory parts onlywarranty from [redacted] for five years. That is good until April 26th, 2016. Quality Heating has no record of ever installing a humidifier on the job.The service call was scheduled for Friday October 31st, 2014 between the hours of 8amand 12pm. The consumer was notified that the technician would be giving them acourtesy call approximately 20 minutes before they arrived on the jobsite. Both thetechnician and the dispatcher called prior to the scheduled service appointment to both###-###-#### and a secondary number of ###-###-#### and no one answered. Perstandard operating procedure the technician was dispatched on to his next call while weawaited a return call from the consumer to reschedule the service appOintment. Therewas no return call on Friday October 315\ 2014.On Monday November 3,d, 2014 Ms. [redacted] called and requested service. Per standardoperating procedure prior to setting up any service call the consumer was informedagain it would be a $79.00 drive up/diagnostic fee and then they would be quoted aprice for the repair(s) and that we accept MasterCard, Visa, personal check or cash attime of service. The consumer was informed that any parts that were defective on thefurnace would be covered by the manufactures parts only warranty but the labor toinstall them and drive up charge would be billable.The consumer said they would not pay for the drive up charge and besides that theywould not pay full price for any labor necessary for a repair. Per standard operatingprocedure when a consumer is requesting service but refusing to pay the standardcharges the service call will not be run. The consumer then threatened to call Contact 6and the Revdex.com to report the incident because we would not discount the charges.If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know.

I am only responding late because I simply put the rate card in a pile and forgot about it. Kevin was at my place a month ago tomorrow. The lateness of my response is in NO way a negative reflection on the service Kevin provided. He was top notch and extremely professional in all aspects of the service he provided. He has been to my place before and his service has always been as such. He's a great employee for you guys. He has my highest recommendation/approval. Regards, [redacted]

Great job on time friendly service man and explained what service repair he needed to do.Also sent out post card when in your area this is very helpful.

I have previously used them and will continue to use them as they have provided me with excellent service for my A/C and Heating systems..

Prompt response to calls for service. Reasonable prices. Same tech. to service unit making him very familiar with the furnace and a/c. Great customer relations.

Kevin S. has been servicing our airconditioner and furnace for years. He is trustworthy and does a great job. He is very professional and always calls letting me know the eta. When I call Quality Heating to make my semi-annual appointments, the person working in the office is always very polite and efficient. Also, I love that Quality sends me reminder notices in the mail.

Nick helped me with understanding our thermostat, did not take very long, suggested that we change our filter in about a month or so and he didn't mind our cat.

Outstanding service as always.

The service was excellent. they we're informative and very friendly.

Kevin has been servicing our furnace and air conditioning system for many years.
His knowledge of the equipment and his service has been outstanding. We feel
confident that our system is and will be operating properly after his visit.

I hAve been using Quality Heating and Air for a few years now and just want to say please continue the great job you do. They are timely coming to the home if I have a problem and are always courteous and mindful of cleaning up after any repairs. I tell all family and friends to try Quality if they hhave any trouble.

Prompt and reliable service. Technician takes time to explain everything he has done and he leaves the area clean when he is finished. His work is thorough and he is very friendly and courteous.
