On 9-**-*we purchased a sofa and love seat from Lazboy Furniture GalleriesInvoice number ***.The sofa and love seat have flaps on the back that is supposed to reach almost to the floor and velcro to the underside of each to seal them so that nothing can get in either oneThe flaps on both the sofa and love seat can't be attached because the flaps are not long enoughThe padding on the arms is gone on both sofa and love seat and the arm rests are nothing but the material on woodWe called Lazyboy to have someone to come out to look at it and they were going to charge us $My wife and I are the only two people living in the home amd the fabric is showing more wear than it should for the length of time that we have had itThis is our second set from LazboyWe purchased a set that was almost identical to the one purchased on 6-*9-and it looked almost brand new when we got rid of itThe old one had such good quality to it so we wanted another one just like it

I have had a horrible experience with La-Z-BoyI purchased a sofa bed and recliner on the Friday before Thanksgiving for $3,and asked for the sofa to be delivered by Wednesday because I had company coming from out of stateThe sofa that was delivered was NOT the one that I purchased, but it was a sleeper sofa, so the store asked if I would keep it over the holiday and swap it for the one I purchased whenever it could be deliveredI reluctantly consented because I had not other choiceThat night the mattress would hold air, so we unzipped the mattress cover to find a huge hole chewed through the mattress about the size of my thumbAfter spending all that money, I do not have the chair and I do not have a sleeper sofa, but I do have company that has nowhere to sleepI am furious!!!! We have had the sweetest sales lady who has apologized profusely, but this has been a huge and expensive embarrassment
