When I sold my home Randy and Kim HandleD the home inspection for the person that bought our home I thought they were outstanding And now that I found a home I had Randy and Kim do my home inspection they are were excellent very knowledgeable explained everything in detail even offered to come back at any time if I had any questions I would recommend them to anyone great service. ..I definitely will be referring them To others

The owner of this company was hired by potential buyers to inspect my house that was for sale. The buyers chose not to buy, and the report was highly critical, but not detrimental. New buyers came along, and by coincidence, the owner of this company ran into the new potential buyer. She happened to mention buying a house, he mentioned he was an inspector, he asked which house and she told him. He spent the next five minutes breaching his confidentiality agreement and telling her everything horrible with the house, scaring her to the point of tears and having to leave her work. Her inspection occurred days later and was completely appropriate for an older home in Pittsburgh. Though this inspector was not contracted by myself or my husband, he was completely out of line to not only discuss my house outside of the people who hired him to inspect it, but to discourage and scare another person with such damaging remarks and exaggerated opinions. I wonder how much opinion goes into all of his reports. Thankfully, the girl and her husband bought the house, and have been loving every day in it. Shame on Quality Home Inspections for their poor business tact and disrespectful actions.

My husband and I had a property inspected by Quality Home Inspections on 10/27/2015.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and expertise of Randy P[redacted] and his wife and co-inspecter. They alerted us to some dangerous issues, were extreme thorough, were willing to explain even the most mundane things in a way that I could easily understand, and were even willing to take phone calls later inquiring about the best methods to repair some issues that had bee pointed out. Not only that, but they did it all with our toddler running around their feet.

I have never bee so impressed with an inspection company, and you can tell they really care about their work. I know I will happily use them again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspector in the Pittsburgh area.

Rand did an outstanding job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I've been living in the states for only a few years and have limited knowledge of houses especially old houses. I was so lucky to have Randy as our inspector. He took the time to explain every aspect with his findings and answer all of my questions - I had tons of questions. Many problems were found during the inspection and Randy's report & his tips will definitely help us to make a final decision. Will absolutely refer him and will call him in again in the future.
