I contacted Ms[redacted] directly and apologized for our awkward
communication and ensuing confusion. The
manufacture for the equipment in question gives a limited
lifetime warranty for
the lifetime of the original purchaser at retail. Since Ms[redacted] is the second owner the resin
would not be covered by the manufacture's warranty
After talking to Ms[redacted] she agreed that she understood
the cost of replacing her resin and as a good faith effort we gave her a
reduced price of the service work needed
We certainly want our customers to enjoy their equipment and
have a pleasant experience with our company
I gave Ms[redacted] my personal phone number in the event she
had any future concerns
We have scheduled the service work in question and once it
is successfully complete will consider this issue resolved. Kindest regards,
