NO!! This is totally unacceptableWe were contacted and NOTHING was set up with QHR and usWe were told we would get the item when they had someone in our areaThere was NEVER a set time givenI will say this again ---------- I would never recommend this company to anyoneTheir Customer Service leaves a lot to be desiredThis is no way to operate a companyThe best advertisement is "word of mouth" and believe me, I have never seen a company run like thisWe have been trying to settle this since JANUARYThe last contact with QHR was 5/3/at 12:p.mAnd we were told "when they had someone in the Santee area" is when we would get the item

I’ve contacted Mr*** to apologize for any miscommunication involving his solar monitor system and coordinated a time
when
someone from our company can come out and resolve any unfinished businessI also explained we’ve had some personnel changes
within the organization to ensure this would never happen again.

As I mentioned in my last response, Mr. [redacted] has been removed from our data base. Regardless, of the amount of “systems” we 
internally have within our organization; we only have one data base, of which Mr. [redacted] has been removed. As a company, “we’re 
not trying to get around calling anyone on the DNC” as Mr. [redacted] suggests. What benefit is there calling individuals who request not 
to be called? We provide a valuable service with a great product, which allows homeowners throughout the county to save money in 
energy costs each month. Our clear objective is to find homeowners who have a need and interest; not to bother in any way, and again 
I apologize if Mr. [redacted] felt otherwise. Furthermore, I would hope at this point of not receiving any calls from our company (it’s been 
over a month) Mr. [redacted] has some confidence that our company will not contact him again. And if Mr. [redacted] chooses to visit us, 
we’re very easy to find.

This is in reference to the complaint filed on 2/12/2014. I’d like to apologize to Mr. [redacted] regarding any excessive calling he...

from Quality Home Renovators. I’ve actually personally spoke to Mr. [redacted] before any complaint was filed because he believed we 
called many times and ensured him at that time he would not receive any additional calls moving forward, which he has not. And 
although I believe Mr. [redacted] received many calls regarding estimates for home improvement products, I show from our data base a 
total of two separate calls. One of which is recorded (dated 2/12/14) which my agent told Mr. [redacted] he would be removed from our 
list and placed on the DNC which my agent had done at that time. I have also doubled check to make sure Mr. [redacted] will not receive 
any future calls from our organization.

Because they have so many "systems" that they use to try and keep track of who they called and who they haven't, they can't tell how many times they've called me.  I reject that they've called me only two times.  They called me two times within a two week period after they had already called me 7 other times in the 6 months before that.  What it comes down to is they don't care if you are on a DNC list because they have ways of getting around that with their many "systems." When they call me again, and they will, I will be going down to their place of business (if they even have one) and talking face to face with someone where I can see what "system" I am in and literally watch them take me off of each and every one of them.  Then, if they call me again, I will sue them and make them pay for my phone bills along with my lost time.

To Whom it May Concern,
 
In regards to the complaint, ID# [redacted], we at Quality Home Renovators Inc., are very apologetic concerning the additional part promised for the monitoring of the solar system purchased by our customer.  The person responsible for responding to this particular service issue has been reprimanded, and is no longer in our employment.  
 
On Friday 5/16/14 I personally delivered the part to the customer's home, and assisted in the initial attachment of that part.
 
We at Quality Home Renovators hope what the customer accepts our apology, and the final resolution of getting the necessary part promised.
