We would like to apologize for the delay in getting this resolved for Mr***We are also appreciative that he is working with us to resolve his concernsWe are sending a technician out to his home on Friday November 4th and will be performing a service to explain all work that was done by the previous technician as well as explaining the equipment to the customer so he understands how all pieces work and when maintenance should be performedWe will also be installing a new RO faucet for him at no charge to replace the one he hasWe look forward to having this resolved for him on Friday Sincerely, Mark

We were able to send our service supervisor out who met with Mr*** regarding his concernsAfter reviewing the site we found some mineral deposits that
were coming up from the concreteThe customer thought it was coming from the equipment we installedOur service manager was able to show Mr*** some other spots on the property where the same deposits were occurringThe customer understood this and was happy with the explanation
The customer has some concrete that we will be replacing for them at no charge so it will match betterThis made the customer happy and we are in the process of getting the work scheduled

I don't accept this response because they want to repair cement that supposedly their water system didn't damageBut I just spoke with my cement contractor handling this case and he stated to me that this company dosent want to pay what the charges that need to be paid in order for the repair to be made by this cement companySo I'm alittle confused on them trying to fix this problem

We are of course very sorry for this poor experience Mr*** received from our companyAs of today we were able to work with Mr*** to get the necessary work done at his home and all appears to be working properly nowWe did find an issue
with the way the filter drain air-gap was installed and modified this so it would function properly
Additionally we will be refunding $back to Mr*** for this inconvenience
We work harder to give Mr*** the service he deserves in the future

As soon as the Revdex.com filed my complaint I received a call from the customer service managerHe apologized and informed me that Quality Home Services would disconnect my Rainsoft system and reinstall at my new home for freeThis is what the salesman originally promised and if all goes well, I will be completely satisfied with the way QHS handled this complaint

We are very sorry for the delay in getting this resolved for the *** familyHe is correct in his attempts to work with us and it is documented on our end as wellAs of today we believe the gift card was mailed and the *** family did receive itWe will work harder in the future to speed up
our delivery processes
