I sent my cigar lighter for repair to the Xikar service center and it arrived there on 02/29/19. I have tried to communicate with them via phone and email several times with out any Answer I would like to know what happened to my lighter.

Other (requires explanation) I would like to get my lighter Repaired or replaced and returned to me.
Company advertises lifetime warranty on their products. Shipped via UPS to their return location at 3350 Enterprise Ave, suite 120, Weston, Florida, XXXXX-XX per their return warranty instructions on March 1, 2019. Their instructions are to allow 4 to 6 weeks for return. As of May 2, 2019 I have received no information from this company. Repeated phone calls to customer service result in being transferred to voice mail where I am instructed to leave name, number and reason for call. Over 20 calls to this number and not one returned call. Check of warranty web site shows for the status of my claim "receiving completed" which indicates that the return was received. The company President is *** This lighter is valued at over $100.00.
