MrS [redacted] has read the email sent to his personal email account and has invited [redacted] to contact him on his personal line or cell numberThe email is attached and no response yet

After to speaking to Steve S***, he has not been able to reach [redacted] by telephone so Steve sent an email with his contact information [redacted] can reach Steve with the contact information shown in the attachment

After speaking with the General Sales Manager at the Store, he has attempted to contact the customer the day after and once after that to go over the numbers with the customerThe General Sales Manager is waiting a call back from the customer to see if he can help with the customer's purchase

The General Sales Manager, Steve S***, had tried to contact the customer and yes did not leave a message. However, he did call through the Dealership phone line so there should be records of trying to reach the customer to help resolve his complaint. The customer can call Steve at his direct line at ###-###-####.

we are currently working to trade the customer out of the vehicle into a new one that suites his needsWe are in communication with him regarding this and we are awaiting confirmation from another dealership out of town to determine if we can in fact get one from them

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] The sales manager NEVER tried to call me back. The sales manager is not telling the truth.  I have ALL my call records to prove it. I even double checked my call records, and there is no call from Don Bohn Ford, after my visit with them on 11-24-17. I would like for my complaint against this company to be posted. It is a legit and honest complaint. Can the sales manager PROVE he called me back TWICE? And if so, why didn't he leave a message????
