This customer made two online no-cancel reservations on [redacted] , he didn't check in for either, so we charged him for one night in each room on 12/On 12/he called to inquire about the charges and as a goodwill gesture he was refunded in full for both roomsThe refunds were processed the same day, on 12/

I believed I'd issued a refund in December and now cannot find confirmation of that transactionI wonder who I refundedI'll process the refund right now and send confirmation of the refund to you

The reason Ms. [redacted] was charged was because she smoked in the room. When guests arrive, they sign a document agreeing to not smoke in the room as it is a non-smoking facility. She signed the document. Usually if we do charge someone it is an automatic $250 fee. We are only able to charge $75 because that is all her card accepted. I am the one that personally verified this was happening in the room. She called to inquire about it, I did advise her of the reason, and got hung up on.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not true. I have received no credit back to my card. These people are being very unhelpful. We did not even stay at this motel as the lady said it was higher than on [redacted]. All I want is my nights amount paid back as I had to go to another motel. These people are not telling the truth and had never tried to even work with me. My girlfriend called them several times and they would never respond. I don't know where they are getting two rooms because they only took out $66.95. That is all I am asking that they be honest and give my money back. I was never a No Show as I went in and talked t the older lady with kind of long hair.  I was told by the lady that they only had one room available. I called the motel as soon as I noticed they had taken money out and the lady working said we had described the lady that had been working. I just want this resolved and my money back. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
